I found upon entering a very welcoming atmosphere, everyone was friendly and efficient and put us at ease immediately. The service we required was handled in a very professional and friendly manner by Joy. Make sure the direct payments have come through from social services before starting work, I started in August, worked all that month and September with no pay, still waiting and it’s nearly November.

The place has been taken over by the council.
It is no longer helpful for disabled people.
The only great thing that is there is WHEELCHAIR SERVICE WHO ARE FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY, BRILLIANT.
OTHER THEN THAT IT IS THE WORST PLACE FOR FOR DISABLED PEOPLE.
THE COUNCIL HAVE MADE A CENTRE THAT WAS BUILT WITH THE BACKING OF THE GOVERNMENT AND DISABLED PEOPLE WHO PUT MONEY INTO IT FOR DISABLED PEOPLE TO A COMPLETE UNFRIENDLY BUILDING FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND WHICH IS NOW LIKE A COMPLETE AND USELESS BUILDING THAT NO DISABLED PEOPLE CAN USE OR GET HELP FROM.
It is completely took over by the COUNCIL for the WRONG THING.
IF A DISABLED PERSON DOES GO THERE THEY CAN NOT EVEN PARK IN A DISABLED PARKING BAY BECAUSE YOU HAVE A COUNCIL VAN IN THE DISABLED PARKING AREA OR A MEMBER OF STAFF WHO ARE NOT DISABLED.
IT IS NOW THE MOST PREJUDICE THING THE COUNCIL HAS EVER DONE.

This is a charity that helped people to widen out and get involved in some therapy work also very resourceful planting their own crops and provide organic produce both raw and cook food well done
