I try calling all the time but can never get through or get an appointment. It’s like a lottery with appointments where everyone is told to call at the same time.

Called today with symptoms and was told to book an appointment online. I was on hold for 50 minutes to be turned away. I have been trying to get through all week. I don’t know what to do. I tried to book online but it’s only giving me options for Dunstable which is 72 miles away. The service used to be great but has definitely gone down hill. Also receptions was very rude when I asked if she was able to accommodate my working hours.

Awful service, called to check up on results was told to wait 2 weeks. I had my test done nearly two weeks ago and they didn't even bother to check the system, not asked for my details and said results are not back yet 🙃 you would know if they are back or not if you would have taken my details and checked the system. You are all careless and rude on reception.

Fuming. Never had any problems with icash before always been able to book to see penny and get my implants changed. I've been ringing EVERYDAY since beginning of February my implant was due to be changed by the 9th and can't even get through on the phone. Everyday 9am appointments are booked or have you on hold in a queue for hours only to hang up again.

Currently trying to call them, 54 minutes “in the queue” and counting. I was number 11 in the queue when i started the phone call, so one call lasts about 5 minutes 🤔 which seems really improbable to me. So i wonder why is it so difficult to get in touch with an essential service provider like this. GPs don’t want to deal with health issues that are managed by iCash, but iCash is impossible to get in contact with. In the meantime, patients are left without help or guidance if they suffer from highly transmissible diseases. Complete failure of care.

I called icash today after my dr recommended to get an appointment to remove and get a new implant and the service I experienced today was amazing the lady on the phone couldn't have been more helpful and caring. Made me an appointment while on the phone. Glad to have this service. Think I spent roughly 3 mins on hold while my call was being connected to my local icash

Firstly the 5 stars are for one person only not the entire service and that person is JESSIE.

I called icash Peterborough 10weeks ago about having my implant taken out as it effects my body badly and the due to the attempt at getting pregnant.
I was informed by 3 different ladies it’s was 4-6weeks, the again 6-8 weeks and finally the rudest of them all told me 8-12weeks and if I please call my doctors. I informed this lady my doctors don’t do implant removals and I had the reply well try a different icash. I called today 26.09.2022 9weeks and 6 days after my original call and spoke to Jessie! This angel sorted it out within minutes. After speaking to her I had a nurse call me and book me in for 2days time! Jessie was calm, polite, professional, reassuring and even apologetic about her colleagues who quite frankly need training in customer service and basic manners! Jessie you are a amazing and thank you!
