I really can't fault this surgery, the compassion and care I have received of late is just phenomenal. I always manage to get an appointment when required and the Doctors always take their time to help me. The surgery are also exceptionally quick at helping via the NHS app when I've sent messages. Dr Harrison is absolutely fantastic.

Just registered at this surgery. My wife and I were invited to get our flu shots. Everyone we have dealt with there is brilliant: polite, professional, anxious to please. The facility itself is brand new and lovely. We live in North Kilworth so handy for us. So pleased to have found this surgery!

I am shocked at some of the reviews which is why I'm leaving this one. The receptionists are always very professional and friendly and do their best to help. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, even when I call on the day. The Dr I see is also fantastic. Everything is spotless, one of the best medical centres I've ever been to and an absolute credit to one of the greatest health services in the world and I've lived in other countries where you pay a lot more for a lot less.

Everytime i have needed an appointment I have rang from 8am on the dot watching the clock turn over and have never once managed to an appointment since registering. When my baby was struggling with keeping her milk down I was told to wait till my 6 week check up (6 days later) to see the doctor and discuss the issues then. To find out she’s allergic to dairy and I could have ended her discomfort sooner had I been seen. I had to ring and ask for my 6 week check ups to be booked in as they weren’t automatically and the same happened with both sets of her jabs. I rang up to be told yes I was booked in for them but no one had informed me, no letter no phone call. I understand appointments get taken quickly but what is the point in having a GP surgery if I cannot ever get in for an appointment. At the very least offer to rebook for the next day. Instead I am told call back again tomorrow, in which case I’ll likely be waiting on hold for 30 minutes again to be told there are no apps left yet again or go to an urgent care centre. A stress which I shouldn’t really be having to do for something that requires a simple prescription.

When communicating online about the allergy I suspected and was confirmed with a doctor I was told it wasn’t anything medically related and not to worry. Which goes to show that had they seen her in person they would have thought different as it was an allergy in the end.

On the up side the doctor I have met on the one occasion was friendly, kind, didn’t make me feel like a over paranoid first time mum and was very helpful. Would just be lovely to actually see her more often.

My husband visited the surgery today for first time. Now I can absolutely guarantee if there is anything to complain about he will. However the doctor saw him early, she was attentive listened to everything he said she was compassionate and understanding previous experience with doctors was you get the feeling they just want you in and out ASAP. This was not so here. Being a man he won't go to doctor unless it's dire need or he's at deaths door. Very good and very impressed

Despite the current challenging times faced by the NHS this is consistently the best GP practice I have ever been registered with, I highly recommend this surgery.

Great surgery with both the receptionists and Doctors being helpful and extremely professionally during challenging times. Unfortunately people do not understand the amount of work that goes into supporting local communities. The NHS is wonderful and should be supported and not blamed for governmental restrictions and pandemic conditions
