Was on hold for 30 minutes to be told Sorry we have no appointments whatsoever!! Call back tomorrow unfriendly manners and uncaring attitude. Things are definitely In a bad way, you're told Not to go to AE but see you've GP. In most cases Impossible.

Treatment room is fine and staff don't keep you waiting and treat you with respect.
However Kirkview Practice is another story altogether especially when trying to arrange GP appointments .You are held on the phone for hours at a time and then when you finally get to getting an answer you are cut off.
Continually told to phone at 8.30 am and can still be holding on at 10.30 am then told phone next day with same palaver . Receptionists most unhelpful .
Continually problems with medication reorder line and medication not prescribed or different medication to what has been ordered.

Still operating under COVID restrictions. GP still won't see patients for conditions which clearly need to be examined.
Six months (at time of writing) wait just for a review.
Doctor called for my appointment (phone consultation) only to be told to call dermatology (waiting six months already).
Ultimately it resulted in getting nowhere AGAIN.

NHS is a FAILURE. I know it's the state religion we're forced to pay for and you all banged those pots and pans for it but try honesty. It's not a lack of funding, the system can't sustain the population growth and its management at multiple levels is abysmal. This is ultimately the problem with the NHS. Staff and management can get away with giving poor quality service and they won't go out of business. If this was a private clinic with this level of care it would lose customers rapidly and be unsustainable.

I have been attending The Treatment Room for a large infected burn on my arm. The receptionists are kind and helpful. The nurses are superefficient caring and friendly.
A special mention for Stacey who is an exceptional nurse with a wonderful personality who put me at ease and cheered me up during a difficult time for me. Thanks to her expertise my horrendous burn is now all healed! Thank you so much healing angels!

The treatment of my gran has been appalling! refusing to see a woman in horrific pain and refusing to do anything for it or do even a basic assessment. She is immobilised in pain. Understaffed or not Truly substandard care. should be ashamed no duty of care whatsoever

First time I have been in this medical centre. Attended the Diabetic Podiatry Clinic. Extremely efficient. I was seen exactly on time. The two nurses were extremely pleasant, caring and efficient. Although they found no issues they gave me good advice to keep it that way.
