Absolute joke! Just spent 15 minutes on the phone to order a repeat prescription only to be told I have to go to the surgery or download an app!
Then download the app, sign up, and it won’t let you prove who you are so it doesn’t work!
So I’m now going to Spain for a fortnight with no inhalers.I give up!!!!!!

As much as it's a pain to work full time and try to hang on the phone to get an advance or immediate appointment, I appreciate that no surgery is exempt from the current under resourcing.
However, when I do get to see a doctor I'm impressed with their care and professionalism (I've seen 3).
At my appointment at 5pm yesterday evening I was sort of expecting someone ready to mentally check out for the day and hurry me along. I was wrong! Thanks to Dr Fish for his kindness, sensitivity and empathy and to all the staff for their patience in trying times.

Reception Staff and general Admin have let this practice down badly.
They are very cold and on occasion RUDE. I have cried and begged for an appointment following my partners death but nothing.

Excellent medical staff let down by chaotic administration. These are tough times for everyone, but the organisational shortfall at Huntcliff is apparent as soon as you walk though the door. It never feels nice to criticise the NHS because we’re lucky to have it, but there are problems here that need to be addressed; not everything is about money.

Appallingly service from reception...phone not answered for hours..as for ringing at 8am all I got

Shocking Surgery, Receptionist haven’t a clue, very rude & wasn’t able to see Nurse for Blood pressure as she said I was 10 minutes late. Wouldn’t go back there again. Doctor took me off blood pressure tablets & ended up with problems
