One of the worse practices that I've ever come across, too many different doctors, that you end up having to explain whats wrong again and again resulting in a different perspective from each doctors and medication administered accordingly based on loose facts... Receptionists are like Fort knox to get by when their not being rude or talking down to you. Watch out for Audrey, she will get you off that phone as soon as she possibly can.

Bad manners, bad practice avoid.

Receptionist who take years to answer the phone and locum doctors who do not want to see patients unless urgent and do telephone consultations even though we are out of lock down. I waited all day for my telephone consultation and missed it by a minute when I went to the loo. I called the surgery straight away explaining I had missed the call by a minute and asked for a call back. No call back and when I rang at 6, the receptionist told me the doctor had gone and asked me to ring back on Monday. Absolute shambles!

They'll send you for tests to get their pay checks but it's a pain trying to find out your results or speak to anyone whose bothered about them.
