I consulted Julie for the first time in 2013 following a foot injury which was causing issues with my gait. She rectified the problem within 6 sessions using Reiki and Reflexology as she is extremely skilled in a huge number of touch therapies and able to discern which will work most effectively. I’ve continued to see Julie with various aches and pains caused by the stresses of daily living! I always leave feeling much better and more relaxed than when I arrived. No session is ever the same unless you want it to be. You may also receive different treatments within one session. This fluid approach is responsive to your mood/pains/goals.

I have benefited greatly from my sessions, they have provided much relief in a very challenging time. It's fantastic to be able to tackle physical and mental health simultaneously in such a welcoming space.

Julie is kind, attentive and incredibly experienced. She'll provide you with a bespoke experience that will cater to your needs. You will feel listened to and supported. I'm certain the experience will bring you great ease, I really encourage people to give this a go. After my initial consultation I felt no pressure to continue, however I was compelled to after the feelings of positivity I left with.

Being able to book multiple sessions at a big discount as a massive bonus too. Twice now I have booked in sessions in blocks of five which is great not only because of the savings but it helps create a routine of self-care.
