Worst doctors surgery me and my family have ever been registered at!

Senior team ignore complaints and don’t respond so no point putting in another complaint so review it is although that’s pointless to because you can’t score them 0 stars!

As it goes for some of the doctors there (partners) they shouldn’t even be there! What they have wrote in some clinical notes is absolutely disgusting and the hospital team are disgusted!!

Finally we’ve moved practices and they’re a million times better already!! Wouldn’t recommend anyone at all to be registered here, shame as there are 2 very good doctors (which you can never see) and a couple of lovely nurses but the rest…. No comment!

Absolutely disgusting surgery, been trying to get a appointment for a mole which has dramatically changed since beginning of December to which I get told no appointments left try again tomorrow, I have also explained to the receptionist who could not care less, not even able to pre book a appointment for a later date, I phoned and spoke to the receptionist and asked why this was happening but she had the biggest chip on her shoulder and said to keep trying on a morning, we had as much chance as everyone else!! So if you are concerned about a mole do not approach this surgery they will not help

Been ringing for a week for a 5/10 cut on my arm...now developed pus flowing out of it...it's green now 😭 doctors couldn't care less.. got thru at 8.10 this morning and guess what NO APPOINTMENTS. I'm a woman with a compromised immune system with rheumatoid arthritis and they've failed me many times. Fobbing me off with meds when I've begged for rheumatology department to sort my pain out. STILL GOT NOWHERE

Telecallers not trained to realise patients problems
When I rang for an appointment with eye ball swelling and itching with visible changes to my face and burn mark to my lips Slightly variable breathing. The lady in reception just heard the itching part and referred me to Pharmacy. The pharmacist was kind enough to listen to all my concerns and asked me to go back to GP services

Worst doctors going. The staff are extremely useless, you can never get an appointment despite them currently taking on new patients. Have been misdiagnosed twice now because even the doctors can’t be bothered to help.

My experience with the surgery moved me to leave this review, the system is broken and they know it and we know it. Ringing into this surgery is the absolute pits, I got through ONCE and spoke to a woman who was so condescending and rude who demanded I call back at 10am and play stalk the Gp like everyone else! How dare I call at the wrong time!! Hit redial 250 times like the rest of the cattle; I am afraid I shall not comply! I’m going to treat myself with herbs and witchcraft with more success than playing baby reindeer with my Gp. But on a serious note, no one who is poorly should be treated with disrespect for wanting health care, dismissed and told to go away. Karen there at reception, you don’t have to be so mean honey buns! Being nice to poorly people should be a standard, you lack people skills and judging by the comments I’m not the first to notice.

Absolutely horrendous surgery, the worst doctors I’ve ever been to. I’ve been calling them everyday for 3 weeks and still haven’t got anywhere. The staff are so rude on the phone and always say call back at 8am. When I try to call back at 8am, there’s no answer. My partner had to go into the surgery because his skin is literally peeling off his back and they still wouldn’t give him an appointment because it’s not an ‘emergency’. AVOID this surgery, it’s not worth it.

The final straw came when I actually eventually got an appointment I witnessed the phone ringing persistently and all the staff huddled in a staff room laughing and completely ignoring the phone. When I got to my appointment the doctors was empty. Battled with rude reception staff for years.Just the worst don’t go there.
