I first called HP Homecare in a crisis on Christmas Day 2011. Michele took the call and within 24 hours had visited and set up a care plan for my father.
The ethos at HP is professional, caring and holistic. Michele looks not only at the patient needing care but at the whole family situation. She now knows us well; she always takes the time to tailor the service to any changing needs. She has visited at home and in hospital when necessary to ensure that any adjustment to the care package would be in place when needed.
The carers are chosen to suit not only the care needs but the personalities involved and the individual situation of the patient. This is not a ‘tick-box’ process but a carefully designed, bespoke care package.
Inevitably over the years there have been issues; these have always been addressed professionally with a good dose of commonsense and any problem has been quickly resolved.
I am grateful to Michele and her team for all their care and support over the years. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Hp Home care has been a huge help with my father's recovery post a long hospital stay. First, the organisation were very professional and proactive - they were able to turnaround a carer schedule for my father over the weekend, which was fantastic. The carers are all very professional and helpful. Most importantly, they are actually caring and that was reflected in the time the spent with my father during his recovery. I would highly recommend the organisation and the care they provide.

My mother fell into a coma in February 2017 and a decision was taken to treat my mother at home. An ICU was effectively set up at home within hours and Michele responded with a fantastic team of ICU qualified nurses within a very short time.Once my mother came out of the coma she required intensive nursing care 24/7. Michele's team of amazing nurses provided this and continue to do so. I really don't know what we would have done without this brilliant support. We are so grateful and I would not hesitate to recommend HP .
