Bullshit services, suffering from several same issues since last 2 years no help just be patient and maybe create a bigger health issue worthy enough for their doctors to pay real attention rather than sweet talk.
Some of the receptionist is very nice like rebeca & megan.
, but some of them have big complexion issues thinking they are better than everyone with horrible attitude towards sick patients calling for help I won’t say the name this time.
Can’t wait to change my GP.

They are the best doctors you can have.
As other reviewers have said, Dr Mindham is a kind and caring doctor, as are many of the other GPs at the practice. They are reassuring and put you at ease .

The receptionists are also helpful and courteous.

Most of my family are registered here and none of them have ever had any problems and now ask my gp is running it is even better as you do not have to phone in the morning but get a call back.

If you are moving to the area, or changing surgery, you will be pleased to have chosen HH.

Just thought I would say a massive thank you to the receptionist, who was extremely helpful and courteous in assisting us whilst we are currently on holiday in East Yorkshire to get the information required for medication sent over to the doctors surgery, for my husband. So glad we have great receptionists and doctors here, as you really appreciate them, especially when you are away from home on holiday and the service you receive from the other receptionists and doctors is absolutely shocking.

Just had appointment with Dr Mindham. What a lovely caring doctor. My stenosis and arthritis is giving me so much pain! He's given me hope where I thought there was none. I can't thank him enough.

Fantastic service. I put in a request online using the 'Ask My GP' webpage and got a call back within 30 mins. The doctor I spoke to was really helpful and understanding, and sorted out my concerns straight away. This is a great doctor's surgery, and I've received excellent treatment from them during the 8 years I've lived in Felixstowe. Highly recommend.

A lady had a fall yesterday just a couple of meters from the drs surgery, someone went into reception to ask for help as she had banged her head pretty bad and they were told they couldnt help and that they were to call an ambulance themselves? dont you have a duty of care? She was elderly lady and probably just needed to be patched up rather than telling us to call ambulance ourselves? The community its self came together and helped her and got her home to her husband who then took her to hospital. Pretty disgraceful response from our local dr's surgery and she is registered with you. A local business and people in community had to help her instead.

Everybody, from the receptionists to the doctors, is friendly, warm and welcoming. Just what you need when you are feeling scared and unwell and even daunted by the system. The aim is for you to be looked after the very day you make contact. Our family's Family Doctor is Dr Richard Reading and we are all indebted to him for his kind, cheerful, dedicated, insightful, thoughtful, unhurried and perceptive approach to diagnosis. He truly looks after us holistically in the proper and intelligent sense of the word. Indeed, all the doctors who have treated us at Howard House have demonstrated this rather rare quality of having time for their patients. We would rather keep this knowledge as a well kept secret so as not to inundate the practice!
