I booked my girlfriend in to get her lips done, and the service was fantastic! Rebecca was extremely helpful, kind and fast with communication, and my girlfriend couldn’t praise her service enough. Just wanted to say thank you. I have been so self conscious of my eyes for such a long time. It's something that I always notice every time I see myself. Coming to you for treatment was the best decision I made. I am so happy with the results and infact got better results than I was expecting. You explained so much to me in a way that I could understand (with having zero knowledge) and were open and honest from the start in telling me you could not promise there would be any change. The treatment itself was brilliant I did not feel a thing and had no bruising at all. Thanks for giving me a little self confidence back and I am looking forward to the next treatment I have booked in! 🤍

I decided to go to Hourglass Clinic due to not being overly happy with treatments elsewhere and it was the best decision! You won’t find a practitioner who is more knowledgeable or passionate than Rebecca - she’s also an absolute perfectionist! She listens to you, she talks you through the procedure putting you at ease throughout and even personally checks in with you after you’ve left the clinic to see how you are. I won’t be going anywhere else in future. Beyond happy with my results!
