I was discharged to MINT as a step down to the Crisis team at Middlesex university hospital (following a hospital stay previously) and have not been offered appointments for the last 5 months despite my numerous attempts at contact. The reception often does not answer the phone, and requires the patient to call several times in order to get through to anyone. My key worker has not contacted me for 4 months, now. I have found myself struggling with my mental health more and more as the days go by, and I am in need of a medication review and mental health treatment such as talk therapy in order to improve my condition. It is a shame that over the course of these last 6 months I have had to resort to mental health charities to meet my needs. When the MINT team bothers to contact me I no longer want the same key worker because they have neglected to contact me after my first appointment with MINT over 6 months ago now. I need my medications reviewed and I need therapy. I give a rating of 2 stars because at least the reception staff and the building are nice.

The worst NHS service I have used, had to contact SPA as I wasn’t coping, unfortunately they said you’re open to MiINT and a referral was done for MINT to contact me. I missed their call but received a text to call them, took me 4 days for them to finally answer, then was put through to the Dr who rang me for him to tell me he don’t know why he rang he would read my notes and call me back - no call back ! I have now blocked their number as they make my MH worse.

I have an advocate from pohwer helping me with a complaint and hopefully MINt will remove me from their system so when I need help I’m not referred to these clowns

Dr Sadiqi is rude and pushes you to speak quickly (most likely because he doesn't care and wants to get the job done quickly so he can go home) and doesn't give you space and time to think especially with the fact I have depression. Also this place never answers your calls and without a doubt, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Wouldn’t even give it one they are an utter joke and a waste of time. Laugh at you in crisis have a go at you for calling 111 they done nothing promising everything other than laughing at you. I’ve received nothing no bereavement counselling nothing but gaslighting you. And don’t listen obviously pick and choose who they help also not allowed to complain just don’t like it when people get upset with them.

What an absolute joke. From my first assessment and the receptionist failing to let people know I was there for my appointment, 30 minutes past my appointment time the lady I needed to see luckily walked past. Then my appointment to see the clinician being booked for March 2020, for it to be re-booked every month until July 2020, then get a voicemail telling me it had now been re-booked for October 2020, I kid you not. This has put me right off seeking help as it has caused me much more harm than good. My advice is to stay well away.

I've been going here a few times, each visit the same exact same questions and never really ask about appearances, they change my meds to a very low dose causing a huge episode and emergency attention from my social worker, they said they would see me a month after the new meds this was in March, June came and nothing so now I've been off work all this time. August saw their own duty social worker who had not a clue, and stated would get an emergency outpatient appointment, my own SW called to find out was told end of Aug. Just received a call on Tues saying its September.. Terrible hope I can transfer somewhere else.

Terrible service. You have to push to try and get help and wait ages for someone to get back to you. This is not helpful when you're struggling mentally and everything is so hard

they never answer the phone. So you end up missing an appointment (coz they say they send letters out and they don’t) and then you try calling back and they don’t answer. Awful
