Had a 11:40am appointment to give a blood sample. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment only to be told the appointment was cancelled. They did say I was sent a text about the cancellation at 9:30am. I was sent a text by the surgery at 9:30am but not it was not concerning this appointment but a reminder about a future appointment. I was not the only one who turned up to be told the same. Apparently a member of staff phoned in sick on a snowy Saturday.

Had a 24 hour ecg booked here by my GP in Washington. Arrived early and was brought in straight away. Lovely nurse explained everything, very easy to understand and when finished the hand back for results was even better. I understand people’s frustration with the current state of the NHS however every surgery is in the same situation and until the clown in No10 decides to change things for the better, we need to not take things out on the staff working their behinds off!

What a absolute disgrace of a doctor's surgery.
I have been registered here for 15 years, however in the last 6 months this place has gone to the dogs. I have been trying to get a appointment for 4 weeks. I call when they say at 08:30 to be told I was caller 25. Finally get through but no appointments. Call the next day, to be caller no 8 but no appointments. Its like groundhog day, every morning for 4 werks the same damn thing NO APPOINTMENTS.
Today's excuse was there were only 2 doctor's on due the staff illness.
So I asked if I come to the surgery at 08:30 will I get an appointment to be told not necessarily!
So basically you've got no chance of seeing a doctor, no matter what you do!

I received an email stating my child’s flu and Covid jabs were due, I rang the practice to book my 12 year olds jabs to be told they would do her flu but would need to speak to nurse when in appointment. Turned up went into the nurses room to be met by an interrogation from a very rude, unprofessional, obnoxious, undermining nurse, to be refused the vaccine for my daughter, I’m 43 and don’t appreciate being spoken too in that manner by anyone

Well this doctors isnt exactly convenient. You can never get an appointment. All you get told is to call back in morning of afternoon. Which even if you do call when told to your still not guaranteed an appointment, I rang at exactly 8:30am on a few occasions as advised and then was 9th in que at waiting for my call to be answered for an appointment, was then told appointments were now taken and to call back later to book one,which again the same thing happened but was 5th/6th in que. You also can NEVER book in advance! Well Im never able to anyway. It also doesnt matter what the appointment is. I have mental health issues which they obviously know and it takes alot for me to call in the first place and then to not get anywhere I am always left feeling like I dont matter, which doesnt exactly help my mental health even know the doctors are ment to be there to support people and they arnt. Instead making people feel worthless. I also called today for an appointment as I am having problems with nearly passing out and its very often, but apparently its not important enough for an appointment now or to even book one. I was of course told to call back tomorrow

Have never really been to Drs much other than in the last year. No trouble with online booking for an appointment. Recently saw locum Dr
Mohamed who spent time listening to me, friendly and professional. Also had personal call from Dr Hazel who encouraged me to attend an appointment. Have always found reception staff professional and helpful. This has always been the case also with the care of elderly mother. Thank you.
