Honestly the worst doctors ever. Constantly are made to feel like you are stupid for asking for help and like you shouldn’t be there. Didn’t diagnose me with type one diabetes even after years of high blood sugar levels and instead insisted that I had an eating disorder instead. Receptionists are beyond rude. Called with pain when breathing and the receptionist rudely informed me that the practice only opens half a day on Wednesdays (which is ridiculous) and that I need to ring at 8 o’clock to get an appointments. If you call at 8 then you never get through and can’t get an appointment anyway. Unless you’re a man, Dr Koya doesn’t want to know you and will ignore anything you tell him just to get you out of his office. Only useful member of staff was the diabetic nurse who has been nothing but patient and helpful.
Been again for an appointment
And had to leave because they ran 45 minutes late! Honestly pathetic.

I have left a review before but really need to express my gratitude to Dr Chalasani and Sophie the pharmacist. The care I have experienced has been second to none, just been for a large operation and needed liquid meds, this was no trouble for the surgery at all and the hospital commented on how great the service was from you. I cannot thank you enough for the support you have given me over the years. Surgery is over and this is the start of a new life. Thank you for everything.

Thank god iam not a patient of this terrible practice, my review is based on my daughters time as patients there. They have been consistently given bad diagnosis, they on more than one occasion been given the wrong treatment resulting in them making complaints which have been totally ignored. The doctors are ignorant of their patients needs. It's shocking that in a time when people need reliable doctors that give effective treatment when required.. This doctors clearly does non of those things. Two doctors in an area as large as hough green is ridiculous and the area requires a proper surgery with more than two doctors. And a better attitude toward patients

GP’s seem to have a draconian view on menopause both my mother and wife left totally unsupported by both DR’s resulting in having to pay private for care they need and eligible for. Time to move I think.

I've had the worst experience ever! Dr .Koya has been rude and arrogant and he was lecturing me instead of checking on my son who couldn't breathe. He was very angry because I've called him about my son condition and I insisted for the doctor to see my son. He threatened me saying I will be banned! Really? Why are you a doctor? Isn't the GP the first one we have to call when we have health problems?

Both GPs were not helpful in the slightest.
I have autism which they both know of.
I came out as Transgender in late 2017, and asked to be referred to a gender clinic z Dr Koya handed me a wellbeing card and said: "See if they can help you". The other doctor, she didn't help as much and said: "You need to wait a while longer." Meaning 3 years before I was 'allowed' to ask them to give the an email to a reference page the SOMEBODY else helped me with.
Meanwhile, this past December Dr Koya said I was "highly emotional, lying, and annoying him" when I told him I had a painful spiked pain in my breast since that month (speakimg to him the beginning of February) - resulting in taking tablets and him quoting: "You feminine cycle was the problem.".
Then when the pain got even worse within a month - he told me over the phone: "If I refer to you to a hospital, will you stop calling me every month? Will that make you happier? Hello? Will it?"
Awful experience I've had

Disgusting service from reception called at 12 to be told to ring back at half 2 rang back at half 2 to be told to ring at half 4 rang at half 4 to be told the doctors have been so busy to ring back at 5:30 5:45 even though I reminded them
They close at 6 nothing she could do.. rang at half 5 no answer no my little boy will be in pain all weekend due to no prescription. Absolutely appolling service I understand the doctors are busy I do get that but spoke to 2 different woman and kept saying they are waiting for the doctors to look at the notes..

I have been calling all week to finally get an appointment, when I went, the GP (Dr Koya) checked me and told me I was fine, afterwards, I was in extreme pain for 2 days until I visited the hospital where I had two surgeries. Furthermore, the reception staff were extremely rude and ignorant. I would advise not to visit this place.
