Terrible service and completely unprofessional. I called earlier and was told to call back at 9 o’clock for a same-day appointment. I waited on hold for 30 minutes, only for my call to be terminated without any explanation. I explained I had severe pelvic pain and chest pain. They told me to go to A&E for the chest pain, but I begged for help with my pelvic pain. They refused to give me an appointment and ended the call. I wasted my whole day, took time off work, and couldn’t sleep last night because of the pelvic pain, thinking I’d get an appointment, but I was completely ignored. Please don’t promise patients same-day appointments if you won’t follow through. Their service is terrible, and they don’t care about patients. They won’t even send prescriptions on time and waste time sending unnecessary links asking for feedback. Avoid this place if you value your health. Don’t choose this GP for yourself or your loved ones.

Dr May Momen is a great doctor. I personally sticking with her since I randomly had my first appointment. She carefully listen and try to help to the best of her knowledge and with the tools provided to her. You can clearly see how aligned she is with the career choice and the commitment to it and I hope she’s valued for from the company she works for.

Appalling Service and Complete Lack of Professionalism.
I had to consult a private gynaecologist because the NHS appointment was scheduled six months out. I was diagnosed with a serious condition and promptly sent the GP a letter requesting a prescription. I even called to confirm they had received the email. Two days later, I went to my pharmacy, only to find out that no prescription had been sent. I immediately contacted the clinic, where I was informed that the GP had refused to issue the prescription—without providing any explanation and, even worse, without notifying me.I was told the GP would have called me—I never received any call.
This is not just negligence; this is carelessness with people’s health. Failing to communicate about critical prescriptions for serious medical conditions is beyond unacceptable. Lives are at stake, and this level of disregard is simply inexcusable.

Honestly,save your time and find another surgery. Been a patient here for over 20 years and while the DR’s and nurses are lovely, you don't a chance of getting an appointment to see them. Unless you can schedule your sickness for 9days ahead of time you cant get any sort of appointment and will be told to call 111 and hung up on.
The receptionist staff are abysmal at best, most of the time you will be interrupted or rushed off the phone without being able to actually seek some advice. You will be generally met with someone who sounds like they couldn't care less and just have utter attitude towards customer service. Used to be a lovely surgery but its really gone down hill the last 5-10 years.

I have been registered with this surgery for a few months now and have met with various practioners. I have been really impressed with how active they all have been in listening and referrals. To name a few, Dr May Memon is amazing. She is easy to talk to and shows an interest in all problems presented. Angelica is a sweet and friendly physician - these two are my go tos but Dr Ahmed, and Bashir are really helpful and friendly too. Only downfall, as any other surgery is it is really difficult to get an appointment with them and have to wait weeks. Other than that the surgery itself I wish was bigger (wider) to be able to take my double pushchair through easily - needs updating with its interior
