I visited the surgery for the dreaded smear test but I should not of worried, the nurse was lovely and put me at ease, she made sure my modesty was not compromised. The actual test took less than 2mins and it was not uncomfortable or painful at all!! Thank you to the lovely nurse x

Just had a very good experience at this doctor's today. I've been before and the doctor was dismissive and rude, so I was very nervous to go back. I was seen to very quickly and the reception staff were very helpful, then the doctor was brilliant and recognised that I was anxious so was very kind to me. I would highly recommend this surgery.

I don't normally review but I must say that this is the best GP that I ever had to deal with. All the staff are lovely and very knowledgeable in their field. They progressed things so quickly when with previous GPs it took months to get any first step.

I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff at Hornchurch Healthcare for being exemplary. The receptionists really make the whole experience better with their efficiency and politeness. They actually pick up the phone when it rings! Unlike surgeries I have been with before.
I have only visited the nurse who is also incredibly lovely. Overall the experience of going to the doctors is as pleasant as can be.

The most helpful and caring experience I have had from a GP surgery in a very long time.
Newly registered. I filled out an online consultation form. I was contacted the next day, and offered an appointment for the day after that. I was given the option of in person or over the phone. Also was flexible with time due to my work. The receptionist who called me was lovely, polite, and accommodating.
The experience during the GP appointment was just as nurturing. I was listened to, not rushed, offered some treatment options, and brought into the decision making.
My first experience with this Surgey has been outstanding.
Communication has been great. Use of technology also great. Couldn’t be more thankful for the outstanding service, when it was required.

receptionist…? what did they do…? GP registration is very difficult. 6-7 times to go there to fill out forms and check. 4-5 times to make an appointment, only 1 time was successful but after 2 weeks (while the 3 year old had a fever, cough and vomited continuously for 5 days) no need to listen. disgusting

I went to see Tahira Batool who is a physiotherapist here and she was very professional, diagnosed me promptly and gave me clear exercises to support myself. I am also happy with the surgery overall.

I would highly recommend this surgery. My parents moved to the area and have been registered here just over a year. I have been my parents carer for over 20 years I can honestly say this is the first time I have had support and help with them. The doctors and nurses are amazing and the receptionists and behind the scene teams are absolutely wonderful. Thank you all for being so understanding and caring and giving people that extra support ❤️
