Make you wait 3 days for an appointment? When if they checked your record they would see you havnt been docs in yrs so must be a serious problem? no one in the house has slept re my partners chest infection. Coughing, sleeping upright in the sofa etc..Shut this surgery down.. my partners a hard worker been paying tax yrs no help? Such bad reviews on here I'm embarrassed for your practice and he will be changing to a decent one with trained staff

Been absolutely superb with my recent issues. Can't fault them at all. I've had very prompt callbacks and they've given me plenty of time to talk and been extremely helpful and understanding.
Never had any issues with prescriptions, ever.
If I hadn't transferred to this practice I wouldn't have found out I was diabetic as I could never even get an answer from my old surgery, let alone an appointment.

I am not happy call the doctor's yesterday and I sent photos so they could see what the problem then they claimed they did not receive the photos when I know they did did not even try calling me I was waiting for the phone call all day they claimed did call me when they did not and naw will not see me if this is haw u treat your patience then I am surprised you have patience and this not the first time I have been treated badly at ur doctor surgery

Useless. Been seen by every Dr possible (I believe) since October 2023 for the same ongoing issue. Every Dr has more or less prescribed me the SAME prescriptions that don't work every time. I finally found tablets and ointment that work and was supposed to take them for 7 days. I made a request yesterday and was given an appointment 4 days later (following Monday) but my tablets had ran out. I was told by the Dr herself at my last appointment if I need more tablets then to call in and request a prescription however I've been refused and made to wait. This is not acceptable because over the weekend I'm being made to suffer!! AVOID

Shocking!! rude receptionist, told me no appointments and wasn't there to have this conversation when I explained it was important that I see a GP after being told to by the boots pharmacist as they could not help either. the whole system is broken and a waste of time and maybe receptionists should show more respect the same why they demand patients show them.

Shocking!!, They leave people without medication for week's!!. You have to wait for a call back & that can be over a week!! And i have not seen a "real" Doctor for year's, Nurse's 2 a penny but, they can't write prescription's!! 0 Stars...I had to click one before it would let me post. I repeat 0 Star's!! I don’t ever give bad reviews and this actually saddens me!! The way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. And twice the doctor lied. Then refused to add details to my adjustment fitnote. I’m actually really upset
