I went to have my Covid-19 jab here.. It was very busy as expected but I think the reason for that was so many people arriving far too early, making it harder to socially distance.. Having said that it's relatively quick and pain free and the staff are fantastic and always willing to help..

I have just been to this centre to get my covid vaccine. Please protect yourselves, others and the NHS by only go 5 minutes before your appointment as asked...the waiting room was overflowing as 3 out of 4 arriving were 20-30 minutes early. I was stood by the desk, so I overheard people saying they were early. The staff were very nice and the procedure all went smoothly. The car park for appointments is opposite the horizon centre and is well signposted, it takes 2 minutes to walk to the desk...so please wait in your car!

I went to the Horizon centre for my Covid vaccination. It was very well organized and signposted. A very quick trip and didn't even feel the needle. Friendly staff all around.

Plenty of space to self distance, it was a shame a group of patients did not adhere to the rules! I noticed that another patient was effectively forced to move. Apart from the waiting room situation l was very happy and impressed with the service. I wonder if people who work with vulnerable people can't stick by the rules, l not sure the rest of the country will.

Phoned horizon centre today about my booked coronavirus vaccine for tomorrow. I was concerned as a frontline healthcare worker providing essential work to the general public that being under 50 I was overlooked, was sent a email confirmation for a man's confidental covid 19 vaccine for couple of days ago. When i phoned up i was cut off as the girl did not know what a email address is. Very unprofessional 1st impression. Still waiting for vaccine. Get your act together as doesnt look good on your vaccination team.

Went for my Covid Vaccine, the NHS staff who were running it were amazing! Even had a live stream of nesting penguins to calm the nerves! Really kind, lovely people
