This practice does not care about patients.
You cannot get an appointment over the phone you have to go online and even then you can wait a week for someone to get back to you. Having a severe infection for over 6 months due to not being treated correctly is not acceptable and having your daily living affected by this and being refused twice as needing an appointment is neglect. Numerous other issues with this surgery, tried addressing the issues but they’re not bothered. Definitely no duty of care.

Shocking Practice, phone to book a gp appointment and get told to do it online.. go online to book it and you can only book a blood appointment only if you have been referred. So basically unable to book an appointment. Rang the surgery and was told to go online at 7:30am as they stop their online services during the day. Told do fill in a triage form and someone will review it and get back to me in 3 days. This is absolutely shocking, Practices like this should be unable to run and should be closed down. No care for patients needs whatsoever.

I spoke to Ollie this morning at Hopwood House Surgery regarding my elderly mum and it was wonderful to be treated like a concerned human being and not just a person at the end of a phone. What a difference it makes when someone takes the time to appreciate how difficult it can be when you have concerns about a loved one, Ollie was patient, helpful and really took the time to help and my experience today was absolutely fabulous. The team at Hopwood House Surgery are always superb with me and its really appreciated and so, would I recommend Hopwood House Surgery, 100% yes............its 5 stars from me.

I really like this Practice, it’s the best GP/Health Centre I’ve had. The staff are really friendly and professional. I never feel I have to battle to get things done, everything always runs smoothly and effectively. Especially with the Pharmacist Ugonma, I’ve got a tricky prescription that’s had to be changed a few times and she’s always on top of it sorting it out. I really appreciate it!

One of the worst, if not the worst doctors I have ever had. I have never known a doctors surgery to have so many issues and to be closed so often. I am currently waiting for a prescription which was ordered days ago, only for a message to be sent saying there's issues with the computer system (yet again) i have called to ask what the timescales may be as per the message i received from the practise only to get an answer phone message saying they are closed for training 🤦‍♂️don't advise people to call re prescription delays if you are closed! I now have no medication, am working away and can't get enough to last me until I'm back, and before i get a reply saying 'just go to a local pharmacy' i work miles away from civilisation, and i workvwry long shifts, it's not that simple! Great job again guys....well done 🙄
