Super efficient and helpful service. I asked for advice on travel vaccinations and had a call back within one hour and an appointment booked for a day and time that suited me. I feel so comfortable going to see Millie.

I'm registered here but haven't seen a doctor in nearly 10 years as I'm irish and too laid back about my health.
Started going now as I need to.
I've only dealt with Nurse Coughlan twice now and she is very lovely and brilliant.

Once again, an e-consult request was felt with promptly. A 7am posting resulted in a call to book me an appointment with the GP before 8am. A poor connection meant the receptionist kept trying to call me when others would have given up. Dr called as arranged and have full and comprehensive results and advice. I never feel rushed and get answers to my questions. Many GPs are criticised for no appointments, poor service. That has never been my experience with Hook Surgery. Excellent 5* service.

I filled in the e consult form at 7.00am and at 9.05 I was talking to Dr. Manu at the Surgery.
He was welcoming, efficient and professional. I cannot praise him, all the staff and the ease with which I get an appointment highly enough.
