Carers are mostly good, however contact with schedulers and managers is fairly poor.

Update 20-01-2024
The service and management are getting worse over the last few weeks.
Whilst some individual carers are "Only Following Orders" from above, or from Havering "Adult Social Care", it now feels as though this company are trying to run the lives of Clients, rather than being there to assist !

What filthy run company PLEASE AVOID my sister went into hospital after having this company for years when she was being released from hospital they had no care for her as they had already given her place away what a joke lucky Queens Hospital had it all in hand.
Will be seeing them in court as even though they have her place away they seem to have still charged for there service about time a Omnisman took a bigger look into this company and I have just the right friend in the right place to make this action happen call already made

I haven't had the best experience with this company, they appear to turn up when ever and sometimes they don't even bother turning up at all. Doesn't seem to be a very professional company, I am a business owner myself and If my business was run like this one is, It would be closed within days. Very disappointed !!!!

Homestead Care Services did not not look after my mother very well at all. The company puts profit before the elderly people it should care for. Please look for other care providers instead of Homestead.

Overpaid lazy carers don’t do sod all for there money sit down for 2 hours what a joke sit and watch people eat don’t touch them with a barge pole
