Dr Kirsten came out to my elderly father several times to clear his ears. She was polite, caring and patient with him and was very good at sorting the problem. I would thoroughly recommend.

How can one adequately thank such brilliant doctor! Huge thankyou to Dr Protheroughs, who came out on the bank holiday following easter.
We have been finding it extremely difficult to get my elderly mothers GP out to her, who is housebound. Nhs surgeries seem to forget about giving care to housebound patients, hence we went private. The doctor carried out an extensive check, prescribed her some much needed antibiotics, and also amended her current meds to ease her infection. A brilliant doctor who specialises in elderly care and put our minds at ease. She also sent a letter to our GP recommending some tests to be conducted (although the nhs GP surgery do not seem to care again!).
Will definitely be booking Dr Protheroughs again for future care.
