Over the years (approx 8), Home Straight have provided me with a cleaning service that I can only describe as "hotel standard". The attention to detail is 100%. Not only do Home Straight provide a regular cleaning service, they have also helped me with a house move (so cleaning my old house). The girls are flexible in what they do, I have never been let down and I totally trust the girls in my home when I am out at work. In fact - I see them as part of my team (as I run my own small business). 5* trustworthy service and excellent value for money. Thank you Home Straight.

My experience with Home Straight has been unsatisfactory. The quality of service and care has been mixed, varying from excellent to poor. There is a lack of communication and their handling of queries or problems is terrible. Jobs not completed when asked and a general patronising rude attitude when you ring to raise caring issues. I would not recommend them to anyone. Today they removed all care for my elderly disabled Dad with dementia with no notice over ongoing problems with inadequate staff. They have now blocked myself and my husband in an attempt to hide our reviews.

I've been so pleased with the cleaning service I've had from Home Straight. Our cleaner always leaves the house spotless and let's me know when she's going to be here. I would strongly recommend Home Straight to anyone. Friendly, efficient service, always polite and considerate.

My auntie lives in Oakham which is 70miles away. I'd heard good things about Home Straight and contacted them to see if they could help her. I thought they were really reasonably priced especially considering that you can't put a price on peace of mind! They are reliable, trustworthy, a lovely team who do a great job. I’ve had cleaners for over 10 years now, and this is by far the worst I’ve ever had.
The price is almost double what I’ve always paid and therefore there is an expectation of the service that wasn’t met.
Worse still is the customer service which is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced in any field of the service industry.
Promised calls never returned, weeks missed due to cleaners holiday and no replacement put in place.
Honestly for £17+ an hour I’d find someone else for half the price and twice the customer service!!
