Home Instead provided overnight care for my mother for over 6 months. Their carers were excellent, reliable, empathetic and very supportive of all her needs. The office and support staff were also very efficient and incredibly supportive of our situation and went above and beyond to help ensure the best quality of care. I hadn't done care before I started working for Home Instead, I was nervous, turned out for no reason, as they give excellent training, which is always kept up to date.
I've been working for Home Instead for over 7 years and haven't looked back - I've met some wonderful clients, who each have amazing stories to tell.
The Office Staff are always on hand if you need help or run into a problem.
I've made some good friends within the company.
Such a friendly company to work for, who do generally care about, not just the clients but their staff too.

I have been working at Home Instead since March and I have to say the support and training has been wonderful. I have been lucky enough to work with some wonderful clients who I really enjoy visiting, and when I walk away knowing I have brightened someone's day and helped there where it is needed, the feeling is wonderful. If you enjoy working with people but have never done care work before, please contact Home Instead and get that 'feel good' feeling while having a great team to support you 🙂

Staff from Home Instead, Ipswich, assisted my elderly mother, and latterly my father as well, so they were able to stay in their own home as was their wish. I have nothing but praise for the attention and kindness that was shown to my parents, sometimes under difficult circumstances. Home Instead not only provided the care that my parents needed but also friendship that was very much appreciated by my parents and our family as a whole. A big thank you to Latitia and her team.

I highly recommend home instead they are a very caring supportive company from the office staff to the carers they all are great.
The care given to my mother from the carers has been extremely good.
But Renata has to have a special mention her care for mum was so good and she understood mums needs so well and that they got on brilliantly together.
And the reports we get on the bidie app also helps us know what's going on.
Thankyou to all the staff and all of mums various carers for looking after her so well.

I found Home Instead during the pandemic, and they have been amazing at supporting my father and helping him maintain his independence. They add a personal touch, and they really understand Dad, placing him first and foremost in all they do. They have been my eyes and ears when I have not been able to visit. This will be my fourth year of using them, and I am very happy with the service.

I've not used the HomeInstead care team myself or for a family member, but on a recent visit to A&E, a HomeInstead carer was there with her client; I was really impressed with how kind, patient, caring and cheerful she was. I felt the carer was a great ambassador for the service and would happily use this service to care for a relative myself.

I've had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Dawn Harris since I started working for Home Instead in April 2021.

Dawn is thoughtful, always polite despite working under extreme pressure to cover work at very short notice to sickness.

I've have always found her to be respectful to the carers and it's the option of many that Dawn Harris is a huge asset to the company.
