I have been working for Home Instead Eastbourne for 7 months now,. I have never done Care work before. I am absolutely loving my new role as a Carer. The Office 'family' I call it, are so friendly, caring, and helping me at all times, and supporting everything I do.
I recommend 100% for anyone interested in working in the Care Industry, to come forward and contact this fantastic Company, and you can even work the hours that you are able to do.

I started work as a CareGiver with Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham during the first lockdown when I couldn't do my usual job. I received thorough training and lots of support to get me started in my role and am still enjoying my work and managing to fit it in around my main job now that I am able to be back doing that. I work with lovely clients and the support from the office team is fantastic. Would definitely recommend Home Instead as a place to work as well as being a company I would be happy to turn to myself if and when any of my own relatives may need some support to continue living independently and happily at home.

Home Instead, Eastbourne & Hailsham, the home of a wonderful, efficient, supportive, friendly management team who care so much for their Caregivers as well as their clients! Help and guidance is always available when needed not only with care matters but if needed with personal issues too. Although work is generally lone work, you know you are part of a sizeable lovely team of Caregivers whom although do not meet very often through visiting clients are encouraged to participate in all the extra activities the office team arrange for us socially. I couldn't recommend a better organisation to work for. They are the best!

I've been working with Home Instead for two years, they are a great company to work for, they are very supportive and always available to talk to you. They really care about the clients and also their staff. The last year has been a challenge due to the covid pandemic but the management team have been there to support us all the way through and were always there for us and our clients.
