I have been with Home Instead for six months now after switching from another service provider. I experienced a stroke/bleed on the brain in 2016 which left me weak on the left-hand side of my body. Consequently, I require assistance with washing, dressing, and preparing food. I have been very impressed with Home Instead. They began by putting together a detailed care plan which is sensitive to my needs. They have also ensured that I have a regular carer who is absolutely brilliant and is more than happy to take on household tasks that I am incapable of doing myself. When my regular carer takes her holidays, they ensure that I meet any substitute carer beforehand and that they temporary carer is familiar with my care plan, thus reducing my anxiety. Home Instead respond exceptionally quickly to any queries and are very flexible in regard to changes in my schedule. I, therefore, have no hesitation in recommending their thoroughly professional service to others.

The Bradford Home Instead team look after my mum who lives alone and has Alzheimer's. The carers are wonderful with her, and the office team are fantastic in terms of communication and working around our needs. I genuinely could not recommend them more highly.

Can't fault the quality of service provided by Home Instead to my mother.
She's not the easiest person to please but for the most part they managed it very well.
She had illness, hospital and doctors' issues in the mix and the carers took it all in their stride.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Would definitely recommend Home Instead. The care professionals are sensitive and kind and have allowed my parents to stay independent for longer.
