Alex's first aid training is excellent. I have now done three courses with him over the years and had many first aid situations to deal with. I always think of Alex in my head when I am dealing with a situation. His calm influence is really driven home in the courses to enable you to deal effectively. A Long worded way of saying these are excellent courses that equip you well.

Having studied Holistic Massage at Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork, I've done 2 first aid course with Holos and a refresher course at the Massage Training Institute conference in 2019 with Alex. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and makes the course very easy to understand and enjoyable. He also provides practical tips for many emergency scenarios from his vast experience as a Paramedic and Police Officer. I wouldn't choose any other first aid provider! A great course for anyone wanting to learn the vital skills of being a first responder in any emergency situations that might arise in life.

Excellent first aid at work course. Alex does a great job of keeping the content relevant and interesting. He makes sure the most important sections are drummed in so there is less chance of freezing or panicking in an emergency situation. I've done a couple of courses with other companies over the years and always come back to Holos because they are so much more engaging. Great value for money too!

I undertook First Aid training with Holos Healthcare around two weeks ago. This course was extremely thorough, with online and in person content. The online aspect contained small assessments which challenged your knowledge of each module, in my opinion it was a great way to make sure I was taking it all in. I went through it thoroughly with breaks and it took around 3-4 hours.
The in person training was excellent, reaffirming what I'd learned online plus the ability to ask questions, perform CPR on a dummy and practice the recovery position and Dr ABC. I would recommend Alex to anyone wishing to do first aid.

The best first aid training course. I've recently organised for Holos Healthcare to come and teach the first aid course to acupuncturists in Surrey. Working with Pam to schedule and organise everything was brilliant as she is such a good help. Alex's delivery of the course, both the online and in-person materials, were excellent.
