There wasn’t an option for 0 stars if there was I would rate this surgery as a massive 0! The majority of the staff/receptionists have terrible attitudes and don’t know how to deal with patients. At the beginning of the call an automated message says “that staff have been receiving large amounts of abuse and it is not tolerated.” but the staff DO NOT speak to patients (who are ill) with any respect at all . They ignore the phone the majority of the time so I went to the surgery for my results as I had no answer by phone. I arrived at an empty surgery with not 1 patient or member of staff in site. Slack is the most polite word that comes to mind when describing this surgery and if given the option would definitely never go to this surgery expecting care as they literally do not give a .

I phoned to ask a simple question as I wasn’t sure on what to do and needed some advice. The receptionist was very rude to me and used a very rude tone, she seemed to get snappy for no reason (I was very polite and nice throughout the cal). She could’ve been a lot nicer to me, but the way she spoke to me I feel wasn’t acceptable and it took me by surprise. This seems to be a common occurrence here ?

Although I am register at the Allerton
Health centre I had a very positive experience at the Clayton centre very recently. I rang in a 8:10 am and explained that two courses of antibiotics had failed to solve the problem. I was given an appointment that morning. The Advanced Practioner had a look said she would ring the BRI.
I attended the BRI the following morning at their request. I was operated on under general anaesthetic that day and went home at 5pm after a recovery period
That deserves 5 stars, not just for the Health Centre but also for the BRI.
It seems obviously that the ‘leave a view’ system is seen as a leave a complaint and mention of instances of good practice don’t get logged. It doesn’t show a balanced view of all opinions.

Being at this doctors for over 20 years at one time it was one of the best not anymore it must rank as one of the worse now have changed doctors rang them today was 3 in the queue not 50 doctor ring me back this afternoon not being told to ring back tomorrow to end Being 50 in the queue

Came for a dvla appointment was advised on the letter to not drink any fluids for 2 hours before the urine test witch i followed unfortunately dr suleyman immediately asked for the urine witch i told him can i have a glass if water witch he immediately responded with i don't work in the afternoons and i must leave very soon witch definitely put me on edge even more and was struggling to urinate due to the pressure even when i was in the bathroom he said shall we rearrange for next week witch i cant do because dvla would revoke me so i drank tap water and fortunately urinated in dr suleymans tight time frame if anyone else is coming for a urine test make sure u drink lots of water before you come or they will send you home if you cant urinate within minutes, absolute terrible doctor

Got a telephone appointment call from DR. ASIM SULEMAN. After explaining everything i was asked to specify my symptoms. I had soecified my symptoms and the DR. Was then trying to bring the question back. I must have answered the same question 5 times. After notifying the DR. ‘I have already told you my symptoms’. He then replies ‘NO NEED FOR BEING RUDE’. I told the doctor i’m not being rude i’ve answered the question as politely as possible. After telling the doctor can i add another thing. He rudely said ‘NO’. I was the. Later hung up on. Theres a reason to why hollyns and wellbeing is amongst the top tem worse practices.

My grandson was having a high temperature and a sore throat couldn't eat solid food only drunk water for 3 days call the surgery as was told by a paediatric consultant Receptionist that it does not warrant seeing a GP and would be better getting medication over the counter from a chemist so spent £16.00, money not the issue, as when my grandson got worse we took him to A and E at BRI doctor said has he been seen by your GP we said Receptionist said he does not need too. Turns out he had a viral infection of the throat

By far the worse customer service from a doctors I have ever seen, called in the morning and waited 45mins just to get told I will receive a call from the doctor at around 12:30, didn’t receive a call till 4:09 which is quite a bit of difference in time from 12:30.
Called the doctors back up just for the receptionist to say I will have to call back tomorrow now as the doctor has tried to call me multiple times. To my call log in my phone I only received the 1 miss call from them which the receptionist keeps insisting that I am wrong and I have been called multiple time.

Worst of all not one time when on the phone has any person from the doctors asked what is wrong or what are my symptoms.

So when the receptionist was trying to say I was lying about how many times they had called me I informed the lady I need to speak to someone about arranging some blood tests asap really as I need to figure out what is up with me as I keep randomly passing out for a good 3-5 mins. She goes oh well beat you can do is call back tomorrow or I can get them to call you Monday in the evening.

In what world is that helpful, all I can say to anyone who is needing a doctors is that Hollyns Health & Wellbeing are a bad decision and neglect just as many patients as they help which I can say from todays experience and nearly 24 months of negligence when they couldn’t figure out a past issue with my health.
