Today’s appointment I can honestly say I was dreading with my 2 young boys but honestly GEMMA HEELEY(hope I’ve spelt correct)you are absolutely amazing! Both have additional-needs & she AMAZING! I was really not* looking forward to the youngest injections* & them running riot in the waiting room but she was perfect in how she dealt with it all just wow can’t thank her enough as she made their day printed out bravery certificates & doing his dinosaur’s injections & plasters first to show himreally though can’t thank this amazing woman enough I was struggling so much myself with my own anxiety & issues which she completely understood & helped me with* ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT TEAM?

After months of appointments and tests, the usual answer to get from this GP is " I don't know what you have". Same answer when my daughter felt bad. Well at least send the patients to someone who knows.

This has to be the worst surgery I have ever been in my life. I have now moved to Maples in Hinckley they have gone above and beyond to get me back on track. One word fantastic.

I spoke to dr Michael lam today regarding my mum’s blood tests that showed acute kidney failure. I can honestly say he was brill and even came and did a home visit to my palliative care mum to explain what the tests meant and options for her. He was very empathetic, kind and genuine taking time to answer all our questions. He used lay man terms so my mum would understand. I can’t thank him enough for his understanding and compassion at this horrific time. I am a nurse and I can only say there are not many doctors with as much empathy. Thank you from all my family.

Due to my and my Mum's declining health I have had to come to the surgery more and more and the majority of occasions I have spoken to a gentleman called Jack. On every singe occasion he has shown more compassion than anyone , when you speak to him you actually feel valued and that your problem matters to someone. I know when I speak to him something will get done right. The first time I spoke to him I cried in his face but he didn't flinch, he took me to a side away from the eyes of other people and just spoke to me like a human being whilst ensuring I was comfortable. He respects my privacy and will never delve into things that are not his business, only asking the information he needs to get the job done properly. My Mum has had alot of mess ups with the hospital and I had no idea where to even start but because of the J ack who took the information and acted upon it my Mum now will be getting the proper care she needs and the support from the amazing GP's such as Dr Faraz & Dr Lamb
I was so used to being fobbed off by the NHS because it is too busy... so it was nice to have someone who spoke to you like a person and kept you up to date in what was going on whilst being realistic with the outcome. I have spoken to many great staff here such as Paula an NIna who sorted my medication expertly.
Overall my time here has been nothing but exceptional . even though you can not see a GP in person without a bit of a fight aside from that I can not complain and would recommend this practice to anyone as I am grateful for all they do to help.

This surgery is simply the best, my recent experience with Dr.Jackson, was so professional, and thorough, that it could not be exceeded anywhere. Time and again, the staff and clinical team deliver a service second to non. My wife and I cannot thank them enough, and are so grateful for all they do for us.

Wouldn’t waste my urine if the place was on fire. Reception is lovely, GP are waste of time. If you smoke weed even once a day, don’t bother they won’t even talk to you like a person.
