I love my podiatrist. She truly cares about the patient whilst not sugar coating the reality. Waiting is long, but it has been worth it

The two physio conversation based sessions I had here were pointless avoiding concerns, assessments and insinuated google search anxiety over reports from chiropractors, sport therapist and spinal surgeons for the last 8 years..

However my main issue is calling 19th April 2024 to reschedule my appointment and still not being able to book an appointment 14th Aug 2024, due to not being able to handover clients from a physiotherapist whom left the service?

In April, most not if not all physiotherapists were leaving, this is a stepping stone clinic for many of them (I heard them in conversation) and most were leaving before May.

I've called couple times per month and nothing... no physio received in any capacity but forced into a joint programme that doesn't target or assist with my injury's rehabilitation but would on paper look like a successful service user journey within a service. Simply used for data and target completion.

I've experienced minor issues with this clinic, but overall I'm very satisfied with my experience.
For some reason calls just don't get through sometimes - I've tried letting the reception staff know I'm running late for my appointment, but I've been put on hold for about ten minutes, each time of the two calls I made (they both broke eventually). Upon arriving late, all three members of staff were sat there - not on the phones - so I'm not quite sure what happens. Reception staff is always kind and friendly to me. Communication between reception and clinicians seems to be poor though - the physio didn't know I've arrived.
Another area of improvement that could happen is sending text of email confirmation of appointment - always appreciated.
Other than that, my physiotherapist (Nick) has been brilliant, very knowledgeable, not sugar coating my situation but simultaneously has been very mindful of my mental health in recovery, which is so rare but necessary with non-MH professionals. Goes out of his way to support me and is very patient. His initial assessment turned out to be accurate to later MRI results. I'm grateful for his support.

The receptionists just sit around and read books, pretty sure they mute the phone and never answer it. we tried to call to tell them we're running late for physio and "due to many callers" they couldnt answer, after more than 10 minutes of waiting on hold we gave up as we were about to arrive anyway. The receptionist was having casual conversations with another patient instead of helping out the people in line and after we finally came through, I told him the time of the appointment which at that point was 19 minutes over the schedule. he told me he marked me in and left us to wait for another 20 minutes. once the physio came out and called the next patient we went to talk to the receptionist who couldnt do their job of looking at the clock before marking us in. the physio also didnt think to notify us that we are a bit too late and was more than happy to leave us to wait there the whole day.
the unprofessional and unapproachable staff with zero care for anyone but themselves.

Well the reviews say it all : waste of time and useless. Sophie was good and did some treatments but she left the practice and I don’t blame her. They have a table but they don’t do any treatment, it’s just sit and talk, just talk and no action. What’s the point ? Better see an osteopath that cracks you and relieve your pain. Better check instagram and YouTube for movement and exercise ideas. Unbelievable! When I see a physio in France I pay 30€ for a 30 minutes consultation with actual treatment and relief. The service is appalling : this is by no means “physiotherapy”.

I am going there today for the 1st time hence the 5 star review. having read some the reviews here, if the reception staff are rude to me, I won't be the only person needing physiotherapy. this is my pledge to you all.

All the receptionists were very rude and extremely dismissive creating a really anxiety ridden environment. Further more an old gentlemen was having problems with finding his appointment and told to go and sort it out himself and got sent outside where there was signal, poor man was barely able to stand and just left outside to sort out his appointment. Horrible to watch and tried to help but I couldn’t do anything as i don’t have any access to his records. Shocking service. Then the receptionists proceed to giggle about it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour
