This surgery is a joke now, second month open till 13:00 every day! Just close it! And you're saying you supporting your colleagues:) If you all don’t stand up nothing will change! Ever! And patients? Where is your limit of patience? Cause mine is running out! Stop looking for excuses! You pay national insurance you deserve a decent healthcare!!!

The receptionist should be sacked, what a disgusting useless person. Watched her for 55mins and she answered the phone once. I tried calling and waited 45mins on hold, and she wouldn't pick up. And has the front to argue the phone does work. DON'T TRY CALLING, YOU ARE WAISTING YOUR TIME!! I wonder how many vulnerable people are affected by such service, and can't get through to get the help they need. On the other hand, the doctors are great when you can see them.

The most useless doctors surgery I’ve ever been to, they apparently never have staff and will cancel your appointment last minute even if your dying!!!, the receptionists are the most slow clueless people on earth. Don’t expect them to be any help. This place deserve 0 stars

Awhile ago I noticed a concerning spot on my leg, I called the surgery and was seen within days. The GP also looked at the rest of my moles and found one that looked not right and contacted dermatology. Today I had the results from the biopsy that followed and it turns out I had the earliest stage of skin cancer. I am very grateful this was picked up so quickly!

In a perfect world we can all be selfish. I've always been greeted in a professional manner by reception staff and think hollow way have excellent customer service ?. They have a check in computer to stop you queing also screen to tell you that it's your turn to be seen and room number to attend. Doctors are excellent and cannot thank them all enough for their professional care I received. People need to pull together and take a step back as we are so lucky in this country.

Poor GP surgery I seem to get a new GP every time I go. If you call them you’ll be on the phone for ever. It’s frustrating being on hold and first in the queue for 10 minutes. They just don’t care at all. I’ve had a ADHD test they didn’t give me all the documentation I needed. Three trips and I’ve finally got them all and one year later still no results. Today I left the surgery as I really can’t do this anymore.

My wife and my children were always treated with kindness and respect and the doctors did an effort each time to find the right diagnosis and treatment. Friendly staff.
