Had to wait 3 weeks for a phone call from a doc regarding ultrasound results despite them being returned to GP 2 weeks prior.
Also told results are fine despite swelling in my lymph nodes and under my chin for a whole year.

Treating myself with homeopathic remedies and my swelling has drastically reduced and tonsil stones have been popping out. So it's evident the doctor has been incorrect.

Told the doctor on the phone about treating myself, he said 'if it stops working come back to us'. That's the standard of 'care' provided by this practice.

I'll be changing my GP.

I have just had to phone about a missed item from my regular prescription. The lady that dealt with my query, was very helpful and very efficient. It was a genuine pleasure to speak to her, she's a real credit to the practice! Have a great weekend and thank you so much for your help and kindness 😊

Had to see the doctor for a medication swap over arranged by my consultant. Got a 7am appointment & the doctor was very patient & went through the new regime, put everything on a print out for me, sorted all the prescriptions out & was very pleasant.
He is a credit to the NHS and to Hollywood Medical Practice.

Useless as expected. Don't understand how it's so hard to get a repeat prescription. Using the NHS app is meant to make life easier. If there is an issue then basic communication with the person might help instead of me having to chase up. Now I have to suffer with the consequences which impacts my day to day life. Nice one

Hi came for my appointment today. I got to see the Doctor on time and he dealt with all my needs. The lady on reception I think she is called Jax is an amazing receptionist and always goes above and beyond everytime I attend Hollinwood medical practice. She makes you feel welcome and is very attentive. What ever your paying her, pay her more. Don't lose her 10 / 10.

It's awful. I'm not in good condition. It's so bad that sometimes I even think I should die and commit suicide. It's been ten days. I've been calling every day at 8 am, but you don't give me any appointments. You can't understand the patient's condition at all.

I'm really sorry, even one star is too much for this. You called, you saw that I wasn't well, I had an appointment at three, and you kept me waiting for an hour.
