I’ve been visiting Holisticare for a while now, and their care has been invaluable to both me and my daughter, Alice. After her spinal surgery, their expert treatment helped her regain mobility and confidence, and I’ve personally benefited from their support for knee problems and, more recently, sciatica.

The team is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough - always taking the time to understand what’s going on and tailor treatments accordingly. What an amazing difference Nikki can make! She has been helping me since having a shoulder operation some months ago and working to release muscles and joints after several months in a sling. I went to Holisticare for pain and discomfort in my back. I had a really thorough pre-appointment check with Nikki online. On the day of my treatment I was able to park right outside. I cannot recommend Holisticare highly enough! My son, a dedicated rugby player, suffered a shoulder injury in October, along with other minor issues to his knee and back (the unfortunate realities of such a demanding sport). Since then, we’ve tried everything: X-rays, MRIs, private consultants, numerous physio sessions (both private and NHS), acupuncture, Thai massages, sports massages, and more. Nothing seemed to work.

As a last-ditch effort, we decided to give Holisticare a try, and I’m so glad we did! If I’m being honest, I wasn’t expecting much at this point and was sceptical, but I now wish we had come here from the start - it would have saved us so much time, stress, and money.

Not only that, but they’ve also addressed his back niggles and are working on his knee - issues we didn’t even initially go in for!
