We have had carers from Holistic Care4U come to help my husband twice a day for over 2 years now. We appreciate getting to know the same people coming though there are changes of personnel. Trust is built up with consistent personnel coming. Timing is regular though inevitably there are some delays due to roadworks or other clients' needs. Understanding our needs, knowing where things are and how each house works takes time for newer staff but they are polite, personable and quite often fun. I just want to know they are cared for well by their management so they're not exhausted from 7am to 10pm days. I hope each have the golden rule... To care as you would be cared for.

Holistic care 4u have just recently started taking care of our mum after a long hospital stay.The care world was completely new to us but the help and dedication mum is receiving is both heartwarming and a relief.Many thanks to Jo and her team....nothing is too much trouble and we are kept up to date at all times.It's lovely to see mum smiling and laughing with them after a difficult 6 months for her. Well done to the team who often go the extra mile with a smile on their faces even on the most difficult days,it is appreciated so much!! Thankyou from two very grateful daughters.

We started using Holistic Care 4U very recently and what a wonderful experience it has been. Nothing is too much trouble for them to organise and support us with. We moved our mum into a new bungalow recently and Jo and her team have made such a difference. They are caring, sensitive and go above and beyond to ensure the care for mum is second to none. Communication is excellent. Again nothing seems to be too much trouble to ensure we give mum the best possible care in her own home. #weloveholisticcare4u

I found Holistic Care 4U extremely helpful without their help we would not have coped. They helped with my dads care for months after an accident . The carers were always helpful polite and very caring. I would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again if the need arises.

We would like to say a HUGE thank you to TT and the team at Holistic Care4U. Mum received care from August 2021 until May 2023, when she could no longer manage at home, and moved to a care home. The team have always worked hard to support mum to maintain her independence for as long as possible, and treated her with care and dignity at all times. A special mention to Debby, who has always responded to my messages, giving me support and been shoulder to cry on at times.
