where to start. I absolutely love this chemist. if I could give more stars I certainly would.

Katie went above and beyond to help sort an issue with my daughter's prescription that the GP had issued incorrectly, service was fantastic and delivered in record timing as soon as prescription had got to the pharmacy, thank you so much!

Fantastic first experience. Called them after yet another weldricks cockup. The lady on the phone was great. Advised me to ask the doctors to resubscribe. This was done at 2 and they delivered at 4:30

Decided to get my hayfever jab done by these guys since they were offering it at a decent price and I saw the reviews were good.
Turned up and parked outside about 20-25 minutes before my appointment, decided to sit in the car for a bit so I wasnt too early.
I saw a guy come out with lots of prescriptions and he drove off, at that time I decided to head in. They have a door buzzer to alert staff. I rang this about 5 times in 10 minutes before thinking I should call them. The guy on the phone says he will find out where the staff are. 5 minutes later he rings back and tells me the doctor has been called on an urgent matter for end of life prescription.
Basically, the guy who left was the doctor and I'd just missed him.
Now I can completely understand priority calls but to just not even give me a courtesy call after I drove 30 minutes from a night shift, to let me know is absolutely not okay.
Safe to say I'm not rebooking and I'll go elsewhere. Such a shame because all it would of took is a simple message, call, or even a note on the door to explain the situation.

Going on holiday next week and after a nightmare with the doctors not ordering my prescription on time, the pharmacist provided me with an emergency prescription and delivered it the same day for free. Very happy with the quick service.
