Unfortunately this doctors surgery has gone downhill ever since new management has taken over. The doctors themselves are not too bad but really they don’t know what’s going on, they didn’t believe me every time I went in and told them that my son wasn’t well, one of the doctors instructed me to do something which made my sons health even worse so I don’t understand that. There is a doctor Dr Nweze who is genuinely good. And an amazing receptionist called Janet. However the worst thing about this surgery is the receptionist called Elle, now I have tried to file a complain but the practice manager has not got back to me after almost a month now hence why I felt the need to write this review. Every time I have the displeasure of speaking to Elle, I’m always met with a disgusting attitude no help and horrible manners. Just the other day she completely undermined me and left me in tears. Honestly due to her I will be changing my surgeries, should not have to deal
With rude people when we are not well. Disgraceful.

Last week I went in for an appointment with the Dr so he could fill out a right to choose form for myself so I can get a possible adhd/autism assessment. The appointment went smoothly and the paperwork was filled out by the dr. The dr then asked me to take it to the receptionist and ask them to scan and forward the documents via an email. One of the receptionist seemed confident she knew what she was doing and was going to handle it. I've been chasing up since last week about why my documents have still not been sent across. The initial receptionist who handled it apologised yesterday and said it will be done by this morning (26/03/2025) The people I am trying to get the referral to still haven't received the required paperwork. My partner has called up today to chase why this hasn't happened only to be told that they are unable to send the documents now ( eventhough it was advised literally by a dr) Then she proceeded to rudely hangup. Im unsure on why it is so difficult to literally forward on some paperwork. I don't have an issue with the Drs they've always been helpful. But why is it so hard to simply forward an email?

Never seem to have any appointments? I've been told to use their online triage service but apparently it gets taken down within 10mins from 8am. I've been waiting to book an appointment for weeks now and haven't been any closer. Definitely considering changing my practice to somewhere else. What's the point of a big building if you're going to run it as if there's about 3 members of staff?

I have been unable to get an appointment for myself for the past 4 months! They say ring at 8 am or book online, these are screenshots of me trying to ring at 8 am and also logging in at 8 am to book an appointment online. Service offered is nil,I will be going to A&E now as probability of getting an appointment here is like a lunar eclipse. I’m willing to sit out a 9-10 hour in A&E atleast I will be seen then.

I had a telephone appointment with Dr Abutu. An excellent GP, he discussed my blood results with clarity. He explained my results and advised me my next steps. He is well mannered & friendly.

Good morning everyone I tried to call in this morning for appointment but always busy the line and after 40 times l tried to call nothing then l decided to go there to see what happened so when l was there the lady from reception Elle she was very rude to me 😞l Will change my gp definitely don’t waste your time on this gp

Reception staff have no empathy or compassion. Can never get through on the phone.
The doctor didn’t even send my child’s prescription over to the pharmacy and I couldn’t get through to the surgery the phone, only to drive all the way back with a poorly child to find no one was on the phone at reception.
They finally sorted it and low and behold the doctor has prescribed the wrong dose for my child’s age!

Worst surgery - worst staff
No one knows what they are doing. Whenever i call they just put it on hold & hang up even practice manager make lame excuses. Very rude & unprofessional behaviour.
