I’ve been a client at Sible surgery for my whole life (52 years, since back in the days of Dr Edwards and Dr Veater), and have always been satisfied with the response time and service. Keep up the good work.

Tbf apart from being hard to actually get an appointment and the receptionists being gossipy and rude ,it’s not too bad. Once you actually get to see a doctor (the women at least) are generally friendly ,helpful and try their best ,well for the most part anyway. But forget it is you have several things going on ,you only get to discuss one thing and 10 min max …unless you get lucky 😅

Left in the waiting area whilst listening to the nurse and receptionist having a lovely conversation and when I approached the window the nurse soon scurried away to the back pretending to be busy!

You don't go to a Doctors surgery feeling at your best. When you speak to polite receptionists like they actually care about you makes your day and their day so much more meaningful and 😊 happy

This surgery is one of the best I've been lucky to have been under! The Doctors, Nurses, Secretaries, Admin & Dspensary staff are all wonderful - nothing is too much trouble for them & I cannot appreciate them enough.
Yes, there may be a struggle to get through first thing in the morning, but tell me a GP that doesn't have this issue? Hopefully when they move to the new building, they'll be able to add more staff, but I'm more than happy with the care I've received over the last 3 years.

I've been with this Dr for nearly a year, they are on the ball, appointments have been quick and staff are friendly, what a pleasant surprise when I think of my old surgery in Ockendon, seriously I've seen the 1 star ratings and I'm astonished, you really have nothing to complain about.

It is to hard to try and make an appointment, I understood all the trouble at the beginning of the pandemic but we are two years in and something needs to change. We need to get more doctors in the surgery to actually see people face to face. We need to open back up the surgery in Great Yeldham so we don't all need to try and use Sible and Castle surgeries. Also they need to sort out the online appointment system. It says on the website that you can book appointments through the NHS app, you can't, I've tried. When I phoned 111 the other day at qt midday even they couldn't get me an appointment to see a doctor at either Sible or Castle so I had to end up going to A&E and the doctors there told me to go to the GP ... how am I supposed to do that when you can't make an appointment to fit around work!!!

It's a small but busy surgery. I found that admin staff at Hilton House Surgery always try their best to get an appointment as soon as possible. I like GPs here. Only issue is - they almost always late and once you get to see them, they in rush to see their next patient. But once again that is probably due to how much time NHS lets doctors to spend with their patients. Much better service than in any of the London's GP surgeries.
