I had an extremely frustrating experience with Nurse Sadia . She canceled my appointment just 15 minutes before it was scheduled, claiming the flu jab was out of stock. To make matters worse, instead of offering a proper solution, she searched Google for alternatives right in front of me. And suggested me to go to pharmacy and take paid flu jab.This level of unprofessionalism and lack of preparation is unacceptable. Patients deserve better care and communication from their healthcare providers. Very disappointing service.
I want Gp manager to take appropriate action about this.

Very dis satisfied. Called up asking for an appointment, when I described my symptoms over the phone the lady was reluctant to give me one. After some nudging, was offered a telephone consultation with a doctor. A few hours later got a call back and within a minute the doctor determined it was a simple fever - just over a phone conversation. Immediately booked an appointment at a private doctor who done a full panel of checks and said I have pneumonia. Dont bother with NHS, better to spend some money and get actual treatment.

I cannot thank Hillview Surgery enough for the outstanding support I have received since my recent surgery overseas. The team has been phenomenal in helping me manage my post-op care. They are incredibly efficient, with quick turnaround times on blood test results and prescriptions, which has really put my mind at ease.

The reception staff are always polite, helpful, and accommodating when I call. They have consistently booked my appointments promptly, ensuring I don’t have to wait long to get the care I need.

A special thank you to Dr. James Worsfold, who has been exceptional in overseeing my recovery. He’s been proactive with my prescriptions and blood tests, always attentive and thorough with my health needs. It’s rare to find a GP who truly cares for their patients, and Dr. Worsfold has gone above and beyond to support me since my surgery.

Hillview Surgery is an outstanding practice, and I’m grateful to have them by my side. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, reliable healthcare!!

Went to get my stitches removed and had a lovely nurse called Shadia attend to me. I never came across her before and it was my first experience with her. She was soo friendly, smiley and welcoming. She was very reassuring and carefully took out my stitches so I wouldn’t experience any pain or discomfort. She was amazing and soo nice to talk to. I would deffo recommend her and would love to get Shadia again for future appointments. X

I attended with my 99 year old mother this am to see the nurse for dressings. Everyone is very polite, smiley and very caring from the receptionists to the nurses. I had reason to ring in the afternoon about a prescription and the lady I spoke to was also very helpful.
I am very impressed with your surgery and there give you 10/10 . Keep up the good work.

Very bad experience with them everytime i try to book appoitment the receptionist said there is no appoinment for today and talk very rude she do not know how to behave with some in emergency she just said no appinment for today and when i ask for tommorrow she said you have to call tommorrow and i tryed so many times so what is the point of paying that much for health insurance where i have not get a single appoinment in so many months .If i have option to rate them i will rate in minus beacuse 1 star is too much for them .

I am a great fan of the phone consultations. It saves time for me and the GP as they can advise many things easily and so can speak to more patients. Even when I sent photos. The GP waited and saw the photo come through. We were able to discuss it and treatment/prescription given. I always attend when there are the general vaccine dates for flu etc and the practice organises the event smoothly and efficiently...in and out in a flash. The clinical staff are amazing but I have to admit some of the reception staff could do with a better attitude.
