I was told I must first participate in a 'webinar'..which is a completely unconfidential online group event. I had no desire to interract with complete strangers online about my condition so I immediately realised this organisation was a waste of time, and is probably getting funding from the NHS/Government and is cutting their costs by not seeing clients in person. I told them I was unable to participate in any 'webinars' but they still sent me a reminder about attending. They probably only get paid for every attendee. Waste of time.

I self referred and was invited to a introduction to CBT seminar.
The seminar asked everyone to log on to a video chat.
We could see all the attendees names, faces and heard some of their stories! Not confidential at all!

I then had to schedule time off work to attend my first session, which was okay, but I personally found it patronising, but thought I need to be open minded and get what I can from it....
So I took time off work again to have my 2nd session.
I sat waiting for 20mins, for a call that never came.
I called the office, only to be told the appointment wasn't actually booked their end.

JOKE! Waste of time!
