The worst experience. The first night I slept on a chair second on the bed but in the storage area in the cold when I get even more sick. Doctors not coming to see you, and nurses don't know anything either. They just saying that someone will see you but all day no one is there. So disappointed. Really hoping to revive my treatment today and go home. I feel like nothing because they won't put English people like that. I felt before racism when I was here and now again I feel the different treatment.

Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

If I could give this hospital zero stars, I would. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a medical facility. I waited for over 10 hours in severe pain, and not a single staff member cared. The receptionists were rude and dismissive, the nurses acted bothered by simple questions, and good luck getting a doctor to actually see you.

People were sitting in the waiting area crying, suffering, and even leaving because they just couldn’t take it anymore. Meanwhile, the staff were laughing and chatting like they were on a break. Absolutely disgusting. The place was completely dirty from the entrance to the toilet, avoid this place. Everyone will act like they are in a dinner and will make you wait hours and more hours.
They asked me to draw blood 3 times, and I needed to remind them that it was already taken. After I left they called me asking if they left any needle in my arm. Just to finish: I left and nothing was done, left with a huge kidney stone and they couldn’t even get me a decent medicine (painkiller). When I asked the nurse to help as I was in so much pain she told to ask the receptionist to do something, the receptionist told me that everyone was there waiting in pain, I wasn’t even able to proper stand. AVOID.

This place is a complete joke. If you have an emergency, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else—because here, you might not make it out in time.

Impressed by capable and kind staff in A&E . My 82 year old mother was bought in after a bad fall by 2 lovely ambulance women on the afternoon of Saturday 11 January 2025. She was seen quickly by professional staff and any necessary tests undertaken. A special thank you to the trauma doctor on duty (Dr Aisha) who was incredibly diligent, knowledgeable and supportive to the patient and family during a frightening time. She exemplified the best qualities in the medical profession with the highest standard of care and is an asset to the hospital. Thank you all.

I wish I could give this hospital negative ratings. I attended my scheduled ultrasound appointment, and the experience was disappointing from the start. First, there’s not enough parking space. The sonographer was also terrible at her job. She applied so much pressure with the ultrasound probe that I was in pain for a week afterward, and I have a high pain tolerance. She took a few photos and showed them to me on the monitor. Each photo costs Ā£5, so I paid Ā£15 for 3 thinking I’d receive a photo of different shots. However, I was wrong. Although she showed me a few different angles, when it came to printing, I wasn’t even allowed to choose the ones I wanted. I would’ve been fine if those were the only photos taken, but the fact that she didn’t make any effort to select the photos for printing was frustrating. What is the point of charging me three times if you are going to give me the same photo.

When I asked, she said it was hospital policy. As far as I can tell, the policy just prints out the first photos in the queue without any personal input. It would be better if they just replaced staffs with ROBOTS. I paid for a photo of my baby and didn’t get to choose the one I wanted. Thank you, Hillingdon Hospital team, for this disappointing experience.

This hospital is utterly absurd—it might as well be functioning as a circus. I arrived for a scheduled appointment and approached the main reception for directions, but the staff seemed completely clueless. Despite checking the computer and confirming my appointment, they still couldn’t tell me where to go. After wasting time trying—and failing—to navigate the maze-like layout myself, I eventually gave up and left without being seen. The level of disorganization here is inexcusable. Will avoid this hospital like the plague

These stars are only for the doctor who wa bit kind but she only checked my little one, 10 months. 0 star for other members ,specially and other doctors who even don't bother if your child is dying. Rude behaviour, careless staff ,specially the night shift staff in children section and they favour other white colour. We have been there for 8 hours and child kept crying but no one bothered. Hillingdon hospital has become worst ever.

This hospital is an absolute disgrace. My brother was admitted to a (Lighthouse) ward where he had to sleep on a recliner, no bed. With extremely serious mental health problems, broken and suicidal, they dumped him into a hotel. They said that the crisis team would visit him but never turned up or made contact. He is due to be thrown out in 3 hrs time. I spoke with the staff there and they could not care less at this hospital, spoke to 2 members of staff who told me, regarding my brothers suicidal intent, that they couldn't talk to me as they had a meeting. Please go elsewhere, this hospital is NOT fit for purpose. They are void of any qualities required to carry out their job of caring and helping those in need of their upmost support. Stay clear please šŸ™

I was seen by Dr Osman today at A&E for sudden and acute breathlessness. All staff were efficient and dealt my ailment with high degree of professionalism and caring attitude. I was impressed particularly with Dr Osman who ran tests and made appropriate referral. Thank you so much for your dedication and help.
