I see all the negative reviews for this practice and I wonder why my experience is SO different. Every Doctor I've seen here has been nothing but patient, caring and attentive. I have had referrals for mental health, physiotherapy, orthopaedic services, x rays, MRI and bloods and all have been carried out with little or no fuss, and expeditiously. By using the online systems for repeat medications and booking routine appointments I have nothing but praise for the practice and it's staff.

Visited surgery today mainly to ask a couple of questions. Reception were very helpful and suggested I went to prescription dept who would be able to help me. I saw Elaine and Jude and they could not have been more helpful, very friendly and efficient and sorted me out straight away. This surgery has turned itself around and now must be one of the best centres in the area. Well done...

I was unable to get through for a same day appointment so had to wait 4 weeks for a phone appointment. However today I have seen Dr Nagra who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me with my issue. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was pro active in his response. He called me for phone appointment and asked me to go straight to the surgery and when I got there I was straight in to see him. 5 stars for Dr Nagra but I give 4 for the time I had to wait ..

There is no people centred approach, patients are treated like beggars. My appointment was changed without consulting me and when I was late because I had to make rearrangements to attend the appointment, they couldn’t see me. I even offered to sit and wait until another time was available, but they totally wasted my time. The practice was almost empty, not like there were other patients waiting. Asked to speak with the practice manager to lodge a complaint, was told to wait, 20mins later I was told the practice manager will call me. Am done.

I’ve been with Hill Top medical centre for 16 years and never had anything but first class care and service from them. The reception team are never invasive with questioning or lack patience despite the constant calls they are taking. Charlotte is an absolute pleasure to deal with when she answers your call and goes above and beyond to help you whilst being friendly, upbeat and super professional. Dr Singh and Dr Nagra have given me stand out advice and care. Thank you all at Hill Top Medical centre. The team in the adjacent pharmacy are also brilliant. The world needs more Charlottes.

I am posting this on behalf of my sister Margaret Grehan

I could not get an appointment at this doctors, until I rang 111 and then all of a sudden got one. I saw a lovely female doctor who prescribed me antibiotics and said if I felt no better by following week to ring and I must see doctor due to something she heard in my back.

Following a call to the doctor, as I was told, no joy even though I said exactly what I was told. Every time told to call the following morning. Whats the point when every time told to ring back.

Eventually got a call back appointment- male doctor and guess what he can't see me, doesn't listen to what I said about I have had a cough in morning for ages and what the female doctor said and said "it's flu it needs to run it's course. Nothing prescribed.

Again days go by and still no better and coughing. Still couldn't get a face to face appointment so rang 111 again and given an appointment at Hill Top Chemist.

Helpful and given over the counter medication but told I need to see the doctor.

So walked across to the doctors to tell them what chemist said and couldn't get pascthe make receptionist who just kept saying there are no appointment available or prebookable for 5 weeks.

I am fuming I ring can't get appointments, work to keep my head above water, feel terrible and no one will listen.

So what am I suppose to do, as worried sick there is something more wrong that needs investigation, given the statement made by the female doctor.

I experience anxiety so this can't be doing that any good either.

Are all doctors like this or just this one?
