We had our cat neutered yesterday and all members were very caring and helpful. The vet called us on the way home and let me ask a bunch of questions and answered each one in detail. Very patient and kind of her to make sure all my concerns were addressed. We will definitely be coming back since we were very pleased with the quality of service!

SUPERB INDEPENDENT VETERINARY PRACTICE.
All the staff are professional, caring and kind to both patients and their owners.
Diagnosis and treatment is explained in plain English and easy to understand.
Very reasonably priced.
Good opening hours.
Plenty of parking.
No hard sell.
I would not go anywhere else nowadays.

I am always happy with the service I get from Hillparks. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Both Mike and Winnie are always great with my dogs and explain everything to me really clearly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Everyone is always polite and welcoming. I feel that I am listened to and never rushed by the vet. The admin team always tries to be accommodating with appointments. My dog has always been seen on the day if I felt he needed to be, which really lowers stress levels when you’re worried about your fur baby.

I'd just like to say a massive thank you to all the staff here. They are so kind, attentive, not judgemental in the slightest and are always patient with my anxious rambling. I always found because of my age vets would talk down to me and even be quite rude but I've never had an issue at hillpark (harold hill branch)
They are all absolutely amazing and have helped me when I've been in tight pinches, always explained everything perfectly and just generally give great service to me and execptional care to my cats. All of my animals are registered here and I cannot think of a reason I'd ever change vets.
