Useless medical Centre, you never get an appointment. This is the third day trying to get an appointment for my daughter Calling from 8 o’clock Waiting half an hour on a waiting half an hour on the queue at 8:30 they’ve got no appointment. Poor service and that’s ridiculous. The receptionist are so aggressive and never help you. They just there to say there is no appointment and there is no doctor. if you don’t have enough doctor in your surgery is better to shut it down rather than made the people wait for a couple of weeks for one appointment

Thank you so much for your amazing care today. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me with my elderly neighbour, Dr Gelkin rang me and I was able to get the antibiotics she needed. All of this was done with great efficiency and enabled me to leave in time to get my NYE event.

Consultant was polite and contacted me regarding my concern on a sam day when I raised the concern. Consultant checked with me all details and managed to sort the issues in my best interest. Since I joined Highview medical centre as a patient I only gad positive experience; lovely ladies on reception are always helpful, kind and polite despite their busy schedule.

Each time I have needed an appointment I have been able to get one quickly. Today was no different. I got an appointment in the day to see the nurse. Carole was amazing, listened, didn't rush us and went above and beyond in dealing with my concerns. She in an asset to the practice and we hope she remains! Excellent experience!

Absolutely shocking service. It is almost impossible to get an appointment for my son here. Explaining the seriousness to the receptionist who does not even understand the issues. We have been told to ring at 8am every morning until we get an appointment and sadly they said they cannot assist any further. I do not understand how they cannot take serious symptoms of a child seriously. No wonder the health service in this country is so poor.

Please do not use this GP if you move into this area. You will not get any assistance from the reception and are left pretty clueless as to what to do next.

I’ve been at the surgery for 4 years now and it has been a really positive experience so far. I’ve been able to arrange for a gp appointment fairly quickly, the gp has been fab at arranging tests and scans and the reception staff have been great when I’ve called up a few times- really friendly and professional! Highly recommend.
