This review is based on pre-Covid visits to a friend who lived at Highlands for a number of years. The home is in a beautiful setting which provides a calm welcome on arrival. The atmosphere is gentle yet clearly professional with appropriate check-in for visitors. My friend's room had a pretty view with her own possessions making it feel personal. Equally the building was well equipped and monitored for different residents' needs. My friend seemed very happy and well cared for.

A comforable home with friendly staff. Beautiful setting looking towards Woodbridge and the river Deben. A bit too distant from the town for residents to benefit from the shops and other facilities.
