My father should be receiving 4 visits daily, he receives 3 that are 5 minutes long. Or on occasions he has received 1 visit as the staff just haven't turned up after the breakfast call ( 11am). When i have contacted the company the person on the other end of the phone has stated they visited personally, when infact nobody has entered the property.
My father has to call me frequently to heat up his food, change his soiled sheets and bed pads after the carers have left as they are spending there 5 minutes on the phone wilst heating up a microwave meal and leaving without checking if the food is warm or if he needs cleaning up.
We were happy with the service when they first joined, but i believe the staff have become too comfortable and lazy . Leaving elderly family members who visit to clean up after them.
I would never recommend this company if you need a loved family member caring for.

Ornate provides amazing care for my 88 year old dad who has dementia. They provide 4 carers every day and have done so for nearly 12 months now. Their carers are always kind and ell trained. The app is brilliant and we have no worries about the care my dad is receiving from Ornate. In these uncertain times they have never let us down. All the carers are cheerful and polite. I cannot recommend Ornate a family company that have family values at the heart of their care.

All Carer’s and Sylvia manager are wonderful with my mum . Mum very happy with them . They are very caring and thoughtful and keep me informed through the birdie app about my mums health and any concerns . I recommend them highly !

I can't praise Martin and his wonderful staff highly enough. They have been looking after my father for the past three years and have always given dad the care and dignity we would want for him. They became like family because they were always there when we needed them most, and nothing was too much trouble. Well done Ornate!

I cannot thank ornate care enough they saw to my uncles every need & was so caring & professional. Keeping me up to date daily. Even texted me when they didn’t need to. Also having the app so you can keep an eye on every visit gave me piece of mind knowing how he was from visit to visit,, extremely helpful for family as well as there clients. I’d definitely recommend them. 100%

Do not touch with a barge pole. Initially great , then decided to pull cars with no warning.

Sam in the office doesn’t know her arse from her elbow and couldn’t arrange a p*** up in a brewery , horrendous arrogant useless person.

Our elderly Nanna is now left with no care , severely ill due to the poor poor selfish service because we dared to request for no men to be sent out to to a elderly female and they pulled care because this was an outrageous request, the mess they have left us in they should be struck off.

Had a carer enter my fathers home without a key and forced entry!!!!!! She lied on 2 occasions to colleagues whilst there were 3 family members present!!!!!! Trying to post her update from the website but will not allow me to do so !!!!!! All other carers are great but this one has lied and updated info that’s incorrect and has never used key code !!!!!! I barred her from ever coming back !!!!!
