This surgery is not good as I booked an appointment so many times to do a health check up and I did a blood test.
These doctors are not helpful
They don’t care about the patients
They also don’t answer the phone on time
The doctors won’t even listen to you.

The culture in this surgery is so toxic and unprofessional. I work for other GP surgeries and these are rudest receptionist I have come across. As someone has already said their manager Dina is unprofessional and does not ever get back to you. I had to go through NHS England for a complaint for my mum who’s also a patient there. Yet their lead doctor berated and threatened my mum about the complaint in her appointment instead of following complaints procedure! How unprofessional! Then blamed my mum for wasting his appointment time! Ridiculous! He even discussed my dad (also a patient) and any issues he may have with their doctor patient relationship with my mum! I get they are husband and wife but confidentiality dictates unless necessary not to discuss other patients even with family! A serious concern for this practice! I highly advise against registering here! Unsure how they are still running!

The doctors are very good at the surgery but the appointment system it appalling have to call 8am sharp to book an appointment even then the answer machine handles your call. My mother got ill paramedics came home to assess her they needed the doctor to see her so called the surgery they were waiting to get connected for over an hour! They were so appalled by the service that they advised me to change our doctors as we could die without help because our surgery won't take calls. It wasn't like this couple years back it's gone really worse now,especially with covid despite they having a different line for covid related calls . May God bless us all, make it easy for us and change the reception system at the surgery.

This morning my mum went at 8.45 to get an appointment as she has a swollen cheek and very sore. Receptionist refused a appointment said no walk in appointment need to call at 9. So i called just got through and she said Dr musa has refused an appointment she has to go A&E or dentist, even though we explained she doesn’t have a dentist without even seeing her sending her to hospital, when you go A&E you will see a gp anyway. She is in so much pain. Tanvi the receptionist was rude and not bothered at all what right does recto say you’r not allowed an appointment, she said she has spoke to doctors.
Mum only went doctors because she couldn’t take the pain and on Friday the pharmacist said use this mouth wash and said go see your gp
On Monday. The service is so appalling at this surgery especially when we have elderly parents who are alone.

I would like to give my personal appreciation and gratitude to all the doctors, nurses and staff at Highfields Medical Practice.
All the doctors are incredible.. I have had very good experiences with most of the doctors at this surgery.

Doctor Dalal has been fantastic through out the ups and downs of my elderly parents health care needs.
He is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.
Thank you once again to all the doctors, nurses and all staff at Highfields Medical Centre.

I’ve given 1 star for the way this practice is purely managed by Dina Kotecha. I tried speaking to her multiple times and even mentioned that I’d be contacting CQC but never heard from her. The doctors made a request for myself and children and she chose to ignore their advice! What makes her think she’s a qualified doctor!? My regular doctors (Dr Musa & Dr Radia) were brilliant it’s a shame they work at such a poorly managed surgery.
In terms of booking an appointment.. you basically have to hold for around 45 minutes & I’ve had occasions where after 45mins of holding someone’s answered the phone and put it straight back down!!!

Very unprofessional. Have had a bad cough for 9 months with bleeding and chest pains.Had a breathing test and results hadnt come for weeks. Dr requested someone to chase up. When i rang first they said theyre chasing it up. The next time they said they dont know who to ring so i should ring myself. When i rang the hospital switchboard they put me through but the hospital needed a surgery request. When i rang the surgery they said they dont know who to email so i should email the hospital to pass on the surgery email address so the hospital should contact. Im sure it wasnt that confusing to ring the hospital switchboard. Also this isnt the first bad experience. If you care for you health i advise you dont register here unless you want to waste your time and your health and end up annoyed

High fields medical centre within the centre has one of the worst receptionist you could imagine believe me. They tell you to ring at 8am to get an appointment which you do, and guess what? You’re waiting for an hour till 9am to tell you sorry no appointment and no further appointments available.

Some of the receptionist have been chatting around and not been picking up the patients phone in the morning and they’ve been caught. Absolutely shocking !
