They mock people, or act angry - from the first appointment.

You're better off with independent self-help, because the NHS is just self-help with extra steps and stress, which ironically is bad for mental health. Dealing with non-existent services and jumping through hoops would drive anyone crazy. They show a ladder of help but then remove it, to keep getting their salaries from the government and keep the public stigma against struggling people, they have to pretend to do more than they do. Unfortunately, we have to deal with the NHS, because without their blessing experiences aren't considered real by other organisations.

I went to the outpatients at Highbury today. I saw an amazing lady called Rachael. Thankyou 🙏 Mostly for listening to me.. Lovely women. I felt at ease. Xxx
