Stressful visit everytime as car park is always full. Have to attend 30mins early to try and park. Then get abused by others who shout that they're disabled and I could park on asda and walk over. Appalling. Considering moving doctors as its so bad.

I've had issues with this place in the past regarding one or two doctors but overall these guys are trying their best in a tight situation. The reception staff are exceptional people. They're caring and they have gone above and beyond for me. I'm truly grateful. Take care folks!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The receptionist with pink hair shouted at me in front of her colleagues and other patients as I was 7 minutes late for my appointment. She even made the point of she was the one that spoke to me on the phone and booked me in so she was aware of that fact that I was struggling to walk and new to the area. Another patient came in who was 15 mins late but nothing was mentioned to him and asked him to sit down without a problem. I was in a lot of pain h on the same day. She needs to be taught on how to deal with the public, especially those in need of medical attention. I have logged a couple plaint also because of her.

Went to collect some blood test stickers and lady with glasses on reception rolled her eyes at me when I said I should have gone for blood test about 4 weeks ago but had a bad cough and cold. She is their receptionist - not my doctor. I was called twice in one day by Olivia to make two appointments I had already made. I also had a telephone appointment to speak to the Dr and missed his call. I called him straight back and asked to be put through and reception assured me would call me back. That was 4 months ago and still nothing. They have not got a clue what they are doing here and quite honestly they give the impression they couldn't care less. I am now looking for a new surgery.

never open on weekends which causes an issue as work and school can get in the way of visits. some doctors are nice whereas others seem like they'd much rather be somewhere else and are not welcoming at all. I once experienced a doctor who didn't tell me and my mom what he was going to be doing or ask if I was okay with it and just did it.

I have recently joined this surgery. I have found the staff to be so helpful. Sorted my meds very quickly. I changed from a doctors that was totally rubbish. The ladies here are so lovely. If I could give more than 5 I would. Keep up the fantastic work. But remember you will never please everyone. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
