I have just completed a training day with the HIFU clinic and I am so glad that I chose to go with them for my training.
The communication prior to the training was excellent, any question I had was responded too straight away. The plan of the day was clear and the number of models allowed me to feel competent in carrying out the treatments. The training day was very informative and I left feeling full of information and eager to start treating.
The marketing advice was brilliant and I was very appreciative that I left with marketing tools and everything I needed to start treating immediately.

If you’re looking for skin tightening look no further. I searched the internet for weeks (probably like you reading this) looking mainly for somewhere that could help with crepey skin on my arms. Nothing overly major but it was starting to catch my eye every time I looked in the mirror. I booked an appointment and Michelle got me in one Saturday morning for a free consultation. Michelle really knows her stuff and explained thoroughly the 2 best options. What I really liked is there was no hard sell, non whatsoever. It was like having a chat with a friend. Michelle said don’t decide now let me email you the full details and prices, have a think and then come back to me. This showed Michelle was fully confident in the products and service she provides and didn’t need to do a hard sell. I received the email and made my decision.

I had a couple of treatments, I was made aware it would take 2 possibly 3 to get the long lasting results I was looking for. After 2 I was really happy but just one little area I thought needed just a bit more improvement. On the third treatment it didn’t seem quite right. I sent Michelle a picture on their dedicated WhatsApp number and she replied straight away telling me not to worry, and asking me to go in. Michelle saw me a further 3 times at no expense to myself to ensure I was totally happy with the treatment and results. I can honestly say this has got to be the best business for customer care I’ve ever come across. I am more than happy with the results, I can now wear short sleeve tops again!

Michelle is lovely knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. I had Plasma and I feel it has made a big difference to me eyes which really bothered me. Had to have a bit more on one side still healing but hopefully be great once healed.

I’ve waited a while to post this review as I wanted to make sure I included everything I needed to say. Well from my first phone call with Michelle the service has been outstanding, Michelle is the most professional yet caring therapist I have met in her industry. On the lead up to my wedding I have spend a small fortune at various clinics having treatment's, I found Michelle quite late on and I just wish I had found her sooner. I went for a consultation and Michelle was full of information regarding the treatment, never pushy and made me go away and think about it before booking, although I instantly knew I would be booking! Since then I have had several other treatments. Michelle genuinely cares about each individual client and understands that not all treatments work as quick on one client as the do on another, my dress was too tight when I went to the clinic and I was worried it would never fit , but Michelle worked wonders and I can’t thank her enough for her help on how she made me feel on my wedding day, moments like that are priceless and will never be forgotten. Anyone who is thinking of contacting Michelle regarding treatments just go for it, you won’t regret it!
Other places are happy to take your money and don’t seem to care if the service they have provided actually works, Michelle does and that’s the difference between this clinic and others.

I travelled to Wakefield clinic to see Michelle. I had lower jaw and neck treatment could not fault the procedure or the care I received. The treatment is amazing and the aftercare also first class.I would not hesitate to recommend Michelle very professional and excellent at what she does . Carnt praise her and her staff enough.
