I had my very first hearing test with Hidden Hearing at Guildford clinic, with a most interesting Audiologist Mick Colclough, he was fantastic, took me through all the normal hearing exams and explained in detail the procedure and outcome about lack of hearing. I had my ear mould taken for my CIC to be made. I could't be more delighted with HIDDEN HEARING Guildford especially as I previously had used Amplifon 7 years ago , and believe me Hidden Hearing is the very best. So thank you Mick and look forward to our follow up consultation in two weeks time, believe it or not in West Byfleet, it can't get any better as I live only 5 minutes away, Thank you so much Hidden Hearing.

Went here after developing tinnitus in my right ear. Hearing test was rushed, max 12-15 minutes. Was told hearing fine and told "You have to be careful of that, unilateral tinnitus", "might be worth seeing the doctor" , or words to that affect.

Oh thanks, good tip, he didnt think I had done that already.

What he failed to spot was 80 percent wax covering my left eardrum which was the cause of the issue in my right ear. The male undertaking the test appeared scruffy and was shaking.

When he forced the bung in my left ear I told him the tinniutus stopped but he just said wear bungs then.

Since had further inspection of my ears elsewhere who said you can not undertake test until wax cleaned first and my left ear drum could not be seen due to the wax. I would never go near this place again. How can they fail to spot this if meant to be their job and conduct a test and in 12-15 minutes. Few drops of olive oil has made a massiver difference and getting cleaned today, not here obviously.

I took my elderly mother for a hearing examination. The consultant was very helpful, taking his time to explain everything he was doing and check my mother was aware at each step of the process.
After thoroughly testing her hearing he carefully explained all the options available to her. After selecting her choice of hearing aid he ensured she knew how to put it on herself & it was comfortable.
I was very impressed with the level of patience & professionalism of our consultant, and have no hesitation in recommending Hidden Hearing.

I had 3 independent hearing tests on the same day. Hidden Hearing declared both ears clear and ready to go! The other 2 said they couldn't do a hearing test because one ear was blocked solid. Later confirmed by my GP.
I think HH just wanted my money. I certainly won't be going back.
